360 IT

I have worked with Mo on recent computer/software issues, usually when things go south of course. He always figures out the problem and the solution in a timely manner. He is professional and very patient with a non-computer mentality like mine. He's excellent at walking me through the steps and somehow it all gets figured out. He's my 'go to' when I need problem solving.

This was the first time our non-profit organization has worked with an IT company and it was a wonderful experience! We had horrible networking issues before this. No one could connect to the internet and the productivity of our team was lagging because we couldn't get any work done. 360 IT came and diagnosed what the problems were and fixed all of our issues in a timely and affordable manner. The team of technicians that worked in our facilities were friendly and patient. Most of us aren't "tech savvy" they were able to explain everything to us in a way that we could understand. They are confident in the work that they do and they are good at what they do. I know when we have IT issues in the future, we will be calling them! Thank you 360IT!!

my old MacBook fan was so loud and my screen was lagging and it would work on and off, sometimes it would work and other times it wouldn't. I brought it in and they were able to fix the issue so fast and was able to sit down and tell me the issues and what exactly what was wrong. I recommend! And it's nice that they can come to my house or I can come to them.

I love how many options this company has wether you can just drop it off or you can have it fixed in the privacy of your own home, or remotely! this is very much appreciated, i have a couple of kids, they really try to work around your schedule. i have been a long time customer and they do no disappoint. even if i have a question about my computer all i have to do is call and ask. Recommend to anyone who's in need of computer services!!

WE really appreciated having their technician put our computer systems in good order. There were some conflicting issues and old issues, he got them all straightened out. We really appreciate the talent they have on staff. They know what they are doing

I have used 360 for years for my company..sadly this week, I called them to tell them my mother, who is 85 yrs old...had an issue with her personal laptop computer..her mouse pad wasn't working,... and could they help resolve the issue for her, ...which should have been taken care of over the phone...they instead set up an appointment for a tech to meet her at my office instead of her home because she doesn't live in the area. It was a quick simple enabling issue..took less than 5 seconds after he was here. I left the office at that time thinking the tech would go on his way. He did not...he stayed and KNOWING my mothers lap top was a cheap Toshiba computer, AND REALIZING that she knows NOTHING about her computer or costs... he suggested it be cleaned..FOR $149.00. per hour..WELL OVER THE PRICE OF THE COMPUTER...NOT ONLY THAT...HE SUGGESTED COMING INTO ANOTHER HOUR THAT IT WASNT CLEAN ENOUGH. and he should keep working on it...NO IM NOT KIDDING....the tech was knowingly taking advantage of elderly person...and it was my mother. When I came back to the office and realized he was still there and what he was doing..I made him leave and he had my mom pay him $174.00/!!!!! NO IM NOT KIDDING....I emailed SKYRA at their office and explained the situation WHICH WAS SHOCKING,..I mean I was shocked that right before my eyes, in my own office my mother was being robbed because of her ignorance and simplicity...SKYRA at first suggested she would cancel the invoice and tear up my mothers check, which is not what I asked or hoped for...but for them to be fair...then SKYRA changed her mind and no credit nor apology or anything about their technician behavior.....AND I TOLD 360IT I would let all of social media know how they treat their customers and how they robbed and took advantage of my mother.

My laptop was running slow so I brought it in to there onsite depot and the tech was able to remove 150 viruses off that I didnt even know I had. I would definitely recommend! 5 stars

I have been with them for a few years. They have always fixed everything to my satisfaction. The last person was Steve that came out. He was very professional and answered all my questions. And fixed all my problems. Thank you
