my old MacBook fan was so loud and my screen was lagging and it would work on and off, sometimes it would work and other times it wouldn't. I brought it in and they were able to fix the issue so fast and was able to sit down and tell me the issues and what exactly what was wrong. I recommend! And it's nice that they can come to my house or I can come to them.

I have used 360 for years for my company..sadly this week, I called them to tell them my mother, who is 85 yrs old...had an issue with her personal laptop computer..her mouse pad wasn't working,... and could they help resolve the issue for her, ...which should have been taken care of over the phone...they instead set up an appointment for a tech to meet her at my office instead of her home because she doesn't live in the area. It was a quick simple enabling issue..took less than 5 seconds after he was here. I left the office at that time thinking the tech would go on his way. He did not...he stayed and KNOWING my mothers lap top was a cheap Toshiba computer, AND REALIZING that she knows NOTHING about her computer or costs... he suggested it be cleaned..FOR $149.00. per hour..WELL OVER THE PRICE OF THE COMPUTER...NOT ONLY THAT...HE SUGGESTED COMING INTO ANOTHER HOUR THAT IT WASNT CLEAN ENOUGH. and he should keep working on it...NO IM NOT KIDDING....the tech was knowingly taking advantage of elderly person...and it was my mother. When I came back to the office and realized he was still there and what he was doing..I made him leave and he had my mom pay him $174.00/!!!!! NO IM NOT KIDDING....I emailed SKYRA at their office and explained the situation WHICH WAS SHOCKING,..I mean I was shocked that right before my eyes, in my own office my mother was being robbed because of her ignorance and simplicity...SKYRA at first suggested she would cancel the invoice and tear up my mothers check, which is not what I asked or hoped for...but for them to be fair...then SKYRA changed her mind and no credit nor apology or anything about their technician behavior.....AND I TOLD 360IT I would let all of social media know how they treat their customers and how they robbed and took advantage of my mother.
