Site Spartan

In light of recent events, I have decided to update my previous review of SiteSpartan. As both an educator and nurse practitioner, I have put much thought into how I wanted to approach this review. When I began working with Jeff Jerina from SiteSpartan, I requested a website where I would be able to utilize subscription services for my business. While he spent a lot of time constructing the website itself and the pages, it unfortunately did not work appropriately. When Jeff was unable to deliver the components of the website that I initially asked for, I was then pressured into changing my business model instead of being told directly that he simply did not know how to construct subscription services. He stated that I never asked for subscription services, but if you see the screenshot below it was listed on the website that these were to be subscription services. When I then approached another website designer with my handful of requests, the new designer was able to complete the entire website within one week with everything I was looking for. My biggest piece of advice when it comes to using his services is to please not pay him upfront. I paid for a year of hosting fees upfront, and when we decided to take the website down, I only asked for half of the hosting fees back (I truly should have asked for all of the fees back but I was trying to be nice). I still paid him for the time he put into creating the website itself, as that was only fair as he had put so much time into the initial website creation. However, as he would no longer be hosting the website, I did want a refund for that which we agreed upon together on 09/17/2020. Then, I was told that since I had left what he perceived to be a negative and unfair review, I would no longer be receiving a refund until I removed my review and agreed to never review him again in the future. In addition, if you purchase a logo through this company, you will not receive a vector image. What this means is that when you go to rescale the logo later, it will be heavily pixelated and not be usable. I truly do not want anyone to have the same experience I have had with SiteSpartan/Jeff, which is why I am updating my review today. Please do your research extensively before choosing a website designer.

Site Spartan is truly a gem! I had a basic idea of building a website, but with their guidance, my website is everything I wanted and more! I can be indecisive at times, but they helped me make quick and proper decisions that were necessary. Once I provided them with all of my material, we were able to build a fully functioning website with a one of a kind logo within days. I am now able to profit from my website and I owe a great deal of gratitude to Site Spartan! During these times of uncertainty, they made me very comfortable and it's the best money I've spent this year! I was so pleased, I had Site Spartan build my wife and her business partner a new website as well! Thank you Jeff for all of your diligence, patience, and responsiveness. God Bless
