We've used these computer experts for years. Friendly, efficient, reliable. Absolutely no "tech bro" attitude. We've dropped off computers and laptops for repair, maintenance, and upgrades, and also had their at-home services when we've had device-related connection problems with modems and routers and other sneaky issues. Very amiable guys. If I were a baker, I'd have a pie ready for them, but the best I can do is give a five-star review. There's a reason they've been in business for as long as they have.

Great service. I was able to drop a computer off for repair, and the staff was friendly, answered questions, and fixed my issue at a reasonable price. Not bad at all if you are looking for repairs or a new computer.

They are so great here! They're very honest and fair. I've taken my computer in to them twice and they've been efficient and upfront about cost etc. both times. Would definitely recommend!

I spent 10yrs in Tech in DFW from 1997 to 2007, i have installed DOS & Windows 95 + Win 2K installations of restaurant server software and retail front end SKU/UPC based scanner systems and back-end Accounting systems, i went into Computer Bytes and while there i purchased a notebook PC that was $250, turns out when i got the PC home it was 10yrs old, with an outdated processor released in April 2010 and had an upgraded version of Windows 7. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, THEY ARE DISHONEST AND WILL DEFRAUD YOU OF YOUR MONEY!!

This guy was awesome. He saved me tons of money by recommending me not to repair the laptop I had taken to him. "Simply not worth it." Anyone else could of just said, "Hey, why not? It's a great computer!", and bang! There weren't my money. In return, I took my dad's computer to him to get fixed a week later. He was able to explain to me, in a way I could understand, what was wrong with it. My dad's computer works great, now. My father was very satisfied with the work done to it; and even with the reasonable price he paid for the service. In a Google Local Guide in town and sometimes we can be very pick. I got to say, I would give this man 11 stars if I could.

I have to give them their due, Computer Bytes built my PC some 11 years ago and it's still running. The hard drive it came with failed after about 7 years, but any other component I've replaced has been for performance upgrades and not because the part had a problem. You won't get that level of dependability just anywhere, judging by the horror stories I regularly hear now about other custom builds.

Computer Bytes is awesome! They have taken care of our business and personal computer needs for years. They respond in a timely manner and always provide options for our needs. Definitely recommend!!! Don't go anywhere else!!!
