I love getting late notices 10 days after the bill has been paid almost every month , it's great I also love the fact that we lose power all the time..they are always working on stuff but nothing seems to ever get fixed apparently...its the best would recommend...to my worst enemy

I've never dealt with so many power outages over the span of less than 2 years until we were required to have CVEC for electricity. I live in a district where we are obligated to have CVEC for electric power, and if there is even a hint of rain, the power goes out. I love the neighborhood we're in but I hate how we were forced by the developer into using this piss-poor company for electric power.

The horrible reviews speak for themselves. This has to be the absolute worst electric provider ever, and the sad part it's the only provider in my area. So many outrageous fees alone on top of the usage fee. They charge me extra every month for an additional deposit because we did not pay the bill by the due date, mind you my electric has never been disconnected, just paid after the due date. If another electric provider was to serve this area, this company would be out of business the very next day.

Just recently received a letter stating that my account is going to be charged an additional 49.00 a month for 10 months so they can have as a deposit. They had taken a deposit when I first moved in 3 years ago, I have been late 8 times this year was what the rep explained. Though it's only June, san angelo coop electric is a monopoly. They know we have no other choice but to pay or get our service cut off. So much for not for profit. Who else received that letter?

Called them to come check out a poping transformer, they came within two hours. Chase was extremely polite and courteous. There was another gentleman with him, but didnt get his name. They checked the breaker box and disconnected an unused transformer. Very pleased.

Thank goodness we have an electric coop or we would not have elecricity in rural areas. You property tax sure won't get you electricity or any other services in rural areas that is for sure.

Worst service company ever. Power is constany going out. Storms or just sunny days seem to do it. Power is out right now and their phones are even working. Always takes 4 to 8 hours to get power on. Complete joke for the kw per hour they charge

I had noise on my tv due to arcing insulators on a CVEC line in front of my house. They did everything possible NOT to replace the insulators. Poor customer service.
