A you have read elsewhere in these reviews, read any contract they put in front of you. I had a bad experience with an out of town company, but would much rather be dealing with them at this point. We bought all the equipment up front and were told we wouldn't have a contract by the salesman. Boy aren't we suckers. The cameras are sub par, there's so many nuisance trips even after their employee came and adjusted the cameras. The five year contract was over the top considering I didn't want one to begin with. The only reason they are even getting one star, is because there's isn't a zero option.

My wife and I have used two other home security companies in the past, and Ener-Tel Services is by far the best! They installed the monitoring equipment in a professional manner, and we have had very few issues. When we have had to contact them, they have responded in a quick and appropriate manner. We are very pleased with their service!

Ener-Tel has always done a great job for us on both home security and home audio. They are quick to respond and make sure the job is done before they leave. I would highly recommend them!

We have had Enertel in two houses. The first had an existing system and the second we had a system installed. We have been happy with both systems and the service we have received. I would recommend this home security to anyone!

Ener-Tel came to my residence and installed my security system. The technicians were friendly and professional and they provided me with all the i formation and a demonstration on how to use the system. They were able to answer my questions. I would highly recommend them.

Make sure you read their contract that locks you in for 5 YEARS. If you cancel the contract you will have to continue to pay for the full 5 years and they will cancel the automatic bank draft in an attempt to collect the full amount on the contract. Locally owned? I would rather be treated the way they have treated us by out of town businesses. Service? We did not get any at all.

Ener-tel has provided me with the security of knowing that I'm safe when I'm home, and my home is safe when I'm not. I can set my alarm and go visit family several states away knowing that Ener-tel has my back. It's a great feeling!

Amazing company. Customer service is unmatched. They took care of all our needs regarding security and the home automation features they were able to install are great!!!!
