Hideout on Lake Nasworthy

We had our 30 year class reunion out here. You could not have asked for a better place. Friday night we could have had our mixer there we chose not to but we could have. Saturday afternoon everyone came out and caught up by the lake. Then of course Saturday night we had a big meal in side and there was plenty of room for all of us. Sunday morning we came out and ate pancakes. So really if you are having a class reunion or really anything this place can handle it all. Oh and yes we know reunion is misspelled on the cake.... we think someone from Lakeview sabotaged our cake. lol

Booked a surprise 50th anniversary for my parents and it was an absolute blast. Having access to the venue to set up early, the space for everyone to enjoy, and the view was just perfect. It is a wonderful area that accommodated all our needs with the massive BBQ pit that is on site, the kitchen area for all our food, and plenty of area for the kids to run and play....and did I mention how amazing the view is there!!! Can not say enough good things about The Hideout and Cian's Cove, I have used both and neither will disappoint!

If anyone is looking for a Venue in San Angelo, TX I highly recommend the Hideout on Lake Nasworthy. The owner Chris Cain is wonderful to work with. We just had our son's wedding there and it was beautiful.

My husband passed away on July 4th and we were in need of a large place to hold his Celebration of Life Memorial. Unfortunately, everything was booked for the weekend. My niece finally got in touch with the owner of the Hideout and it was available. When he heard that my husband was retired SAPD, he made everything so easy and took care of us as though we were his own family. I cannot say enough about the man or the place. It is a beautiful hall with full kitchen, his and her bathrooms, tables, chairs, air conditioning and a wonderful view of the lake. We were blessed to have found this beautiful venue.

My husband and I rented The Hide Out for our 4 year old twins birthday party. The scenery of the lake was beautiful! The building was very well organized and very clean. The kitchen has a large refrigerator and freezer which came in handy for the party. Our guest had a great time fishing from the property! We were able to fit a large jumping house for the kids. The owner was great and we appreciate all that he did for our family! I would DEFINITELY recommend this location for Family Events and Weddings!

Our group had an event on 7/20/16 and this venue was perfect. The facilities are clean and roomy. The view is absolutely gorgeous; I took so many pictures of the water as the sun set. There is access to the water right there from the building. The grass was plush and inviting while we roamed the grounds. No stickers!!! That's a big deal for me :) Despite the heat, the inside stayed cool and comfortable. The owner is very nice and accommodating. This would be a great place for a family reunion or a company picnic!

We have had two events at The Hideout. This facility is very functional as well as beautiful for a large family event. The grounds are just beautiful by the lake and the building is well kept, and clean. The children really enjoyed the grass and played outside, while the adults sat on the shaded porch and visited. We plan on having many more events at The Hideout.

I've been to several events for a local nonprofit at The Hideout, and Chris is fantastic to work with! He is incredibly supportive of our group and has worked hard to make sure we have everything we need to pull off a great event. The facility and grounds look fantastic each time we're out there. Soft green grass, along with Instagram-worthy views of the lake and gorgeous sunsets make it a gem.
