Ultimate Air Trampoline Park

Fun time with kids after a day of traveling. Unwinding time here was great.

Trampoline parks can be loud and even a bit risky--especially when younger kids have to share the space with much older ones. That's why I appreciate that Ultimate Air Trampoline Park in San Angelo offers a dedicated Toddler Time for children ages 5 and under, and at a reasonable price. They also offer a military discount, which is a nice bonus! Current Toddler Time hours are: * Saturdays: 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM * 2nd Tuesdays: 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM * 4th Tuesdays: 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM I really hope they consider adding more weekday morning options for toddlers soon!

A really fun place for kids. There are towers for them to climb, lots of trampoline action, plenty of games like jousting and jumping games. The snack bar is very reasonable. There are plenty of places to relax and watch your kids. There are recliner coaches, massage chairs, and plenty of tables. Kids do have to have trampoline socks in order to jump. The prices are pretty reasonable. You can pay by the hour. There is plenty of room for kids to place their belongings. You can have birthday parties here. Best of all they are well staffed so there are lots of eyeballs on kids, making safety a priority.

It was absolutely awesome. So much stuff to do!!! Where im from ( Northeast Texas) ours is 2x smaller then this place. They even had a consession stand in there!! What, no way right!! Oh don't let me forget the ninja obstacles course and the rock walls. Yes it was amazing. Definitely worth the price you pay.

We have visited Ultimate Air many times before and have celebrated several Birthdays, each party being the top tier option. Planning a party is stressful- thankfully this establishment provides a party host who also takes care of the mess afterwards. Since you are unable to pay for the party in full like we were able to before, I paid what I was able to leaving a $50 balance (making things a little easier for myself). The total kids for the party package was up to 20. Our party had only 15 and with one refill, our remaining total came out to $117. My daughter's father brought donuts and kool-aid pouches specifically for the goody bags- I understand no outside food or drinks but what if the kid wanted donuts in place of cupcakes? It was a whole deal about having these items on the table. We took it back to the car. My husband wore a spectator band so he could take out one year old daughter to play. At a glance, my husband is obviously not in the jump area for his own pleasure. He was lightly bouncing trying to teach the baby how to do it and an employee told him he could not do that. I guess we should have used one of the 5 jump bands left... So my son is 15 and was going to take her to the small child section but he was told that he could not be over there. So, they all just came back to the party room. Kids were showing up and I had to point them to the direction of where about our party host might be. My son was denied a drink refill after I had specified which child could have a refill. The birthday girl's grandma is in a MOTORIZED WHEELCHAIR and they made her sign a waiver! Y'all. She is physically disabled and you read that correct. If you are wanting to plan a birthday party for your little one, I would suggest looking into somewhere other than Ultimate Air. For a private room, 4 pizzas, you need time to eat food, cake and do presents while hoping your kids have enough time to jump.. squeeze all of that into 2 hours. We spent well over $600 for this. We've never really had a bad experience here, the prices are awful but they know there isn't much for kids to do in this town. We gave our one hour free jump pass to someone else and have all decided this would be our last visit. For the prices, we can take a day trip to some place better and it would absolutely be worth it compared to this establishment.

Went for Stim Night a couple weeks ago and it was great. There were two employees in particular, I wish I had gotten their names, that were so sweet and patient with the kids. They played and interacted so well and really made my sons night.

Pros: * The party host assisted with check-in and helped parents with waivers during the first 30 minutes, which was helpful. He was friendly. He brought the drinks and pizza and called the kids when it was time to eat, it helped with keeping everything on schedule. * Overall, the kids had a great time, and the party went smoothly. *. I like that I could see the entire park from upstairs. Cons: * The host was really busy with other duties that he didn't check back later to ensure guests had what they needed. We had to look for him a few times when we needed assistance. In summary, it was a fun and smooth party experience. Pricing: starting price for VIP upstairs room 520 for 20 kids. total was 677 with add ons, taxes, and 10% gratuity.
