Dean is the best. Responsible, helpful, a hard worker. After he left we notice internet was not working. We called dean and he returned 45 minutes later and fixed this issues. Good service received from Dean.

When is the last time you experienced customer service that was friendly, helpful, courteous, FAST, professional, and completely satisfying? Well, the last time for me was yesterday as the phone receptionist, scheduler, and on-site technician were all as good as one could ever expect...no, better than expected! Thanks, VGI, for being all a customer could want or need.

Had an issue w newly installed upgraded equipment. VGI was extremely responsive and helpful in their response. They scheduled a follow up appt next day, Dean came out and made sure everything was working great and was super helpful. Have been a customer for 5+ years.

Our appointment time was 1pm but our installer Jacob called to get us in hours earlier and finished before our original appointment time. Jacob was fast, knowledgeable and very through. He left a good impression and we feel confident that VGI will be exactly what we are wanting for our household.

Everyone at VGI is helpful. The technicians were thorough and made sure all was in order before finishing up the job and I would highly recommend VGI! We have used them for many years and they have always been great to work with.

The techs were GREAT but your 3 new routers failed. Have 1 gig but routers only sending 100mps. Had even one worked it would have been 5 stars. Ron

VGI is very responsive to me and other VGI customers in our neighborhood. We have always received an immediate response when we have any questions and the technicians are very professional.

Tech came out a troubled shoot system, identified problem and repaired. Even set up our new router for us. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with.
