Astound | San Antonio

I've had services with other internet providers but Astound is a far better choice. My Astound technician Chris assisted with my connection was nice, friendly, and went above and beyond. Services with Astound are great and do not match other competitors price. Astounds customer service is fantastic.

Henry did an incredible job! He was extremely friendly from the get go, and walked me through the app to ensure I understood everything. His set up time was less than 15 minutes. I highly recommend him!

First year will feel too good to be true, which is fine. From second year and forward I encourage everyone to check monthly on additional "bundled services" & "services fees", monthly price eventually doubled. Regarding cancellation, they apparently do it in cycles (unless you have cable, you can't cancel on the same day). For instance I'm moving out May 1st, my recurring payment is on May 7th, they told me I need to cancel either on April 15th or May 15th. I need internet so by canceling on May 15th I will be charged full monthly price on the 7th and it is NOT pro rated so I will be charged the whole month for about a week of service. Scammy tactics overall, unfortunately it was the only provider in my area.

Henry was awesome with my setup! He was quick and on time! My dog also did not bite him so he must be good lol dog approved! 10/10 would definitely recommend!

BEWARE!!! They will pull a bait and switch on you as far as pricing goes. Bring you in at $50 a month then jack up the price to over $90!! Customer service is hopeless and horrible!! All they would say essentially is be happy with the $90 because that's a promotion price and you should be paying over $130. They don't offer any promotions for current customers and the deals you see online are only for new customers. The representative I was on the line with was pushy and rude. As soon as I asked about cancellation information they immediately asked if they could process the cancellation. I've had some bad customer service in my life but nothing compares to this. STAY AWAY!!! Just another example of a company that doesn't value their customers. Just sad. Wish I could give ZERO stars!!!

The installer tech Henry arrived in time, explained everything on how to manage the router along with detailed instructions on how to navigate the system. He was quick with the install and cleaned up after him self. Really happy with the job

Kelly did a wonderful job connecting our fax. I understand faxing is outdated however, the IRS still requires certain things to be faxed so he came in very professional and very kind and took care of connecting us. Thank you astounded you have a great technicians.!

Chris was very helpful and efficient. He came and installed the equipment very quickly and explained everything in detail. Made the process super easy! He even called ahead to see if I was available before the appointment time which was great!
