I am personally ashamed of myself for not having rated SD Tech in the years we've had the pleasure of their services because we appreciate them so much. Their entire staff is friendly, supportive and seems to genuinely care about our tech issues - however big or small. Garrett is definitely our favorite, and we're always happy to see him!!

These guys are great! I was doing a BIOS update when it prompted me for an admin password. I didn't realize my PC even had an admin password. I locked up my PC. SD Tech has great reviews so I called them. Hank spoke to a tech and reassured me they could fix it. He scheduled the appointment for the very next morning. Dan arrived right on time and had my computer running in about 5 minutes. Hank and Dan were so friendly and responsive. I highly recommend SD Tech, whether it's for your personal computer or you are running a large business.

The quality of service from these guys is really unparalleled! I called in about a technical issue, for which really most companies would not have even took a meeting for. Wes Ulmer not only took the meeting, but he was patient, extremely helpful, made me feel comfortable, and most importantly, helped me resolve my issue. It is not hyperbolic to say these guys helped when nobody else could, or would, with an extremely important finance/tech related issue. SD Tech is awesome! And I am pleased to write this review for SD Tech and the work done by Sung Kil Hwang. I normally do not write reviews but in this situation, there is no way I could not. I recently had a horrible experience with an independent networking consultant named Pirouz Montameni-Azar. After firing Pirouz, I reached out to SD Tech for help. Wes and SD Tech was quick to help and Sung did an amazing job on my networking project. I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with his technical expertise and professionalism. Sung's wealth of knowledge and experience in the networking field was evident from the start. He was able to quickly analyze the requirements of our project and provide insightful recommendations that ultimately led to a successful outcome. I was particularly impressed with Sung's attention to detail and his commitment to quality. He took the time to thoroughly test and troubleshoot our network to ensure that it was running optimally, and he provided us with detailed explanation of the work done previously and what we should do in the future. Overall, I would highly recommend SD Tech and Sung Kil Hwang to anyone in need of expert networking services. Again, they went above and beyond for me and my family.
