VND (Visual Net Design) - Ramsey Office

We have been with VND for about 10 years so needless to say, we have worked with them on many different projects with everything from hosting to design to spam control. Most recently we redesigned our website and had the entire site switched to WordPress. We have not been disappointed. They were with us every step of the way. They guided us through the process even when we weren't sure what we wanted. They have a terrific staff that is very knowledgeable, helpful, kind and patient and they always returned our calls and emails in a timely manner when we had questions. To be honest, we have ventured out to different companies over the years that are geographically closer to us. But we always come back to VND. I think we have learned our lesson that a 100 mile location difference is well worth it to be with a company that not only understands our needs but that we feel comfortable with.

I have dealth with VND for over 15 years now and they have always done an excellent job in communicating with me, creating or revising whatever need and always in a timely manner. I have talked and dealt with other website companies and this company is second to none. We starting using VND back when they were just getting started and they have continued if not iimproved every aspect of their customer relations knowledge and honest, forthright way of doing business. You will not go wrong dealing with VND for all your website and online marketing needs.

I was initially happy to switch, but after working with VND for a year, I am retracting my statement. Spent way too much money on SEO optimization, and was given a plan that wasn't fully completed. When asked I about it, I was given the run around and a bunch of excuses and was never refunded monetarily or through the actual services I was said to receive. Just switched hosting and website development to another company, and in the 3 months that I have been working with them, they have already exceeded my expectations.

Javier and his team did an amazing job setting up our new office IT and phones. Prompt, courteous, professional, they go out of their way for great customer service!

VND has excellent client service skills and are extremely prompt to tend to your service calls. Their staff is very knowledgeable and professional. All work is done correctly from the get go.

THIS REVIEW IS 100% ACCURATE THEY ATTEMPTED TO BUILD ME THREE WEB SITES AND THEY ALL SUCKED . THE OWNER WAS THE WORSE. ALL HE CARES ABOUT IS YOUR MONEY AND HIS RATINGS. Not a good idea hiring them. I asked for a web site in a timely manner and no black background. Naturally they provided the exact opposite, then charged too more than quoted. The work was primitive and turned out to be a dismal experience . Find someone who listens and gives you what you want!
