Astound | San Marcos

It was such a relief to have Timothy from Astound Broadband come out and finally get my internet working reliably again! He arrived right on time and was incredibly professional and courteous. What impressed me most was his thoroughness. He didn't just do a quick fix; he took the time to diagnose the underlying issue, explaining everything clearly along the way. Timothy was very knowledgeable and patiently answered all my questions, even the ones that probably sounded silly. You could tell he really knew his stuff. He worked efficiently and diligently, and now my connection is faster and more stable than it's been in months. Honestly, this was the best service experience I've had with any internet provider. If you're having trouble with your Astound Broadband service and Timothy is the one who shows up, you're in good hands! He's a fantastic network specialist and a real asset to the company. I highly recommend him!

Excellent customer service - we had been waiting days and when he got here the office told him we would have to reschedule, he took Up for us and handled everything today. He was very thorough and did an excellent job. He is welcome here anytime. It's hard to find good service people anymore but he was wonderful! I would have canceled entire service if not for him! After having Astound fiber internet for eight months, my Internet finally went out. I had a technician come out and check the problem and he was very thorough and very kind. Mike was great at keeping me informed of what he was doing, what he thought the issue was and being extremely thorough overall. I do feel bad that he had to go back-and-forth so many times to figure out which end of the line was not working, but I genuinely appreciate the time and attention to detail. Extremely satisfied with the technician that came out. He identified the issue with the fiber coming into my house. Corrected the issue and cleaned up the outside and came and validated everything was working as expected. It took him about 45 minutes.

Tim was fantastic. He immediately knew what had to do to get me up and running again. Great guy and friendly. We chatted for a minute regarding the service and he answered all my questions. I would work with him again. A++++++
