The Best IT Support Team Around - Seriously! I can't say enough good things about HCS Technical Services. From the very beginning, Todd and his team have been absolutely fantastic to work with. Every time I've reached out for help--whether it's something small like a password reset or a bigger issue--they've been quick, professional, and super easy to talk to. Nick, Tyler, and Alex on the help desk have all been incredibly patient and knowledgeable. They take the time to explain things in a way that makes sense (even for someone who's not super tech-savvy) and never make you feel rushed or like you're asking a dumb question. That kind of service is hard to find these days! Todd has built a team that really knows their stuff when it comes to IT support, cybersecurity, and keeping everything running behind the scenes. We are happy to have your company as a reliable, efficient and expeditious assistant in emergency cases. We know that automatic assistance is not pleasant (sometimes you have to talk with machine instead a person.), but they always respond in a timely manner. By the way, I don't know who programs the music but on a couple of occasions the background is free jazz and I love that.

10/10 Recommend. The go above and beyond to resolve your issue. I have met some of the team members in person from the times they've come to install our computers and tvs in our office, and they always come with a great attitude. They have the patience to resolve any issue and will follow up to ensure it doesn't happen again. The only complaint I have, is that I wish they were more responsive via phone, but if you submit a ticket through email, you'll get a response within the next hour or so.

HCS is the best! I can't emphasize enough how comforting it is to have IT so readily available when I need help. They never disappoint!
