GVEC Internet

I am very happy with my GVEC internet service. I'm loving the Fiber Optic, as with my speed plan, 250 mbps; my downloads are fast, and my internet TV that I subscribed to is terrific. The service technicians who installed my internet equipment and set up my service were absolutely wonderful. They were professional and personable. They really were great. I'm glad I went with GVEC for my internet provider. Great choice!

The process worked just as discussed and the three month delay has been worth it. Togmday is day one on Fibre and it's amazing. I'll be sending the Viasat dish back next week. LOL I wanted the 1GB plan but they are still working out the bugs in my area. So I chose to downgrade to the 500Mbps plan. The only thing I don't like with this plan is the cost. But I wasn't willing to pay the extra money and not get the intended speeds. So I'll wait until they workout the bugs. Anyway, the techs were all phenomenal! I'm satisfied with their professionalism, knowledge, and the service. Thank you Team GVEC!

The power went out and nothing. Then I read a maintenance email. And then called. They send a ticket up because internet is not working. And now you caused a family argument. Such failure.

We decided it was time to stop the kids from complaining about our internet service. GVEC was now offering service in our area, and with one call, we had SUPER FAST INTERNET!!! The customer service from the first phone call, to the outside line install, and inside set up was AMAZING!!! Everyone was very thorough with explaining how everything worked, the installation, and operation. Now all the kids can do homework , someone can watch a movie, I can work from home, and our security cameras, and smart home devices can all be online at the same time!!!!! WITH NO LAGGING!!!! Thank you GVEC, for the excellent services, and customer service and support you provide!!!!!!

The GVEC Internet is the best! We had this service in Floresville and it worked flawlessly. Now we have moved and we have GVEC at our new house and I am so happy with it. The customer service is great. The tech-support is great and the fiber optic speed is excellent, thank you GVEC for a great experience!

I decided to give GVEC internet a try because I really wanted a wall drop in one of my bedrooms. My previous service had talked me out of getting one after 3 tries. I think it was because they didn't want to put in the extra work. Joshua came out for my install, listened to what I wanted, and installed it right away, no questions and even gave me options on how I would like to have it done! Both my installation techs were friendly, helpful and on time. I'm very impressed with my service and speed and I had zero problem reconnecting all my smart plugs, TVs, door locks, garage door, etc. So glad I made the switch!

The GVEC team was great! They were very polite and so nice. Even though there was a little accident, it has been taken care of in the right way. Happy to have them work in my home!
