James is great never had an issue with service he goes above and beyond. If anything came up he responded personally. If your in his area you can't go wrong with his service two kids streaming and a smart tv no lag. Two thumbs way up!!!!!

I have used this provider for a year or so now and have had excellent service. Recently I had a issue with signal with it being spring and trees and weather and wind and all, and even with a booked schedule they fit me in when I had a loss of signal strength. I appreciate their professionalism. The tech that came to my home was friendly, fast, and fixed the issue. Plus this is a local provider. So I get excellent friendly service and support a local business.

We live in a dead zone, before Heroes gave us net, we had every internet provider out here, they were not able to give us net, unless we cut down trees (Not happening) We tried satellite net, but it was expensive and even with the biggest package offered, we spent most of our month throttled. Heroes changed that for us with their unlimited data, We stream game and surf the net, as much as we wish without worry. Problems happen, but James is always on it quickly, down times are short and he is always upgrading and tweaking equipment to always give us the best service possible. We may live in a dead zone still but thanks to Heroes Computer Repair & Internet, we hardly notice it these days!

I was so thrilled when James told me I could get it at my place out here in the boonies. I had tried to get others, but never any luck. The satellite company I had at that time was very limited, except between 3-8am, and the monthly payment was higher. If it rained it didn't work. I was tired of getting up at 5 am to surf the web. I have a receiver way above my house now (I have LOTS of trees), UNLIMITED usage, works when it rains, and the few times there was ever a problem, James was on it before I knew something was wrong. I am excited that James is upgrading again, he seems to always want the best for his customers. Thank you James for going the extra mile for me and my internet! I highly recommend Hero's Internet!!

They may be a small internet provider, but their customer service is outstanding! You can always count on James Raider to keep you informed and responds to any inquiries ASAP! And you can always find updates on there Facebook. Much appreciated in this area

we live south of Seguin, almost at county line. Have had Dial up then went with satellite, paid a high cost and had limited service, then found out about Heroes. WOW, I don't feel like we are penalized for living in the country. We have enough data to surf the web, watch our smart TV, play games on Ipad, all at the same time. Excellent customer Service, you usually get a response within a couple of hours. Locally owned and operated. HIGHLY recommend.

As a software developer and internet power user I was sick of the DSL service I had which was slow and unreliable. I looked at other solutions but there were none, as a gamer satellite was off the table as an option. All was lost until I found Heroes in a search. The speeds are faster than what my local DSL could offer by far and way more reliable. Now I can game, stream netflix, and download with no problems at all. Thanks Heroes!
