I run a non-profit organization, and was cautious about hiring a company to turn my vision into a website. I am thrilled I chose AppVerticals. Vanessa was amazing at helping me with the technical aspect. Her knowledge was impressive, and she understood my vision. Jack and Joshua were my Project Managers. They kept me in the loop on the progress, and answered all my questions. The final product was TERRIFIC and the price was affordable. Seriously, I'm super happy and would definitely use AppVerticals again, and I'd definitely recommend them to others.

I started using this company, which also has a sister company called Logo Design Valley back in March. The staff are very polite and initially return my calls and e-mails, but they quickly allowed me to fall through the cracks. I had posted a good review back in July after being appeased when I became angry with them for changing their agent or not returning my emails up to 5 times. I have been pushed and pulled, cajoled into writing a good review, appeased into their excuses that one agent had COVID and another was let go, and yet another had eye problems, I was so tired of it. In the end, I washed my hands of them, didn't even demand a refund, and took part of the unfinished logo to a different company. I am giving this review 2 stars because for what it's worth, I did use the logo they came up with. This is an honest review. If you plan to use this company, just be aware of what happened to me. I wish I would've gone to a different company and paid more. This started in March and today is October.
