I have been a customer of JaguarPc for well over a decade. From the owner down to every last employee, JaguarPc hands down is the best in the business. The employees are top notch, they absolutely care and go above and beyond. Clayton in the sales/support is absolutely outstanding always. Anoop, Jay, Mark and all the other support technicians are so helpful and experts at what they do. I appreciate the attention to detail, they expert advice and prompt service. JaguarPc is outstanding and I highly recommend them!

Very expansive. many many hidden charges. even for those service which are being offered free from others are paid here. Very pathetic support. Always late / delayed response. uptime is compromised..

Highly available servers for low cost. Tech team makes upgrades and maintenance very easy. Tier 1 support can be a miss sometimes but mostly ok.

I moved from a very well known host about 3 years ago because their service level was falling off. After doing research amongst colleagues, I decided on JaguarPC. THEY HAVE NOT DISAPPOINTED ME. On the contrary... I recommend JaguarPC to ALL my clients now. I moved my account to JaguarPC as well. I love that I can get a live chat within few seconds. They're friendly, knowledgeable, and most helpful. I recommend them without hesitation.

I've used JaguarPC for over 10 years. Most vendors forget you after you are signed up. JaguarPC has upgraded our accounts to newer, faster hardware, several times over the years. I seriously have never had a memorable issue with speed or bandwidth. When I have had issues with my configurations or adding sub domains, the service tech respond rapidly. They are polite and very knowledgeable, and again, they have been that way for over a decade. I know it sounds like a shill, but this is an honest post. After more than 10 years, I am STILL amazed by JaguarPC.

Jaguar is AWESOME! I'm almost afraid to say how awesome they are because they're so great it gives me an edge over my competition... rrrr, but I do want them to succeed as much as possible. Such a dilemma.
