Ryan even assisted us with picking up Internet from cogent and spent hours diagnosing problems for us that we otherwise wouldn't be able to easily fix. Value for money that is hard to beat, service flexibility, top-notch security for sensitive data, blazing connection speed to Amazon Cloud, and personal attention and service from dedicated professionals who actually know you on the first-name basis and help you with whatever problems you have.

Oplink is a locally based, and as such, provides Houston customers with personal care and attention. When I call for support I am not passed from person to person. They (usually Ryan) handles my problem immediately. If they find that the problem is with ATnT, they make the call to ATnT and set up the appointment for me.
