Swagify Promotional Products & Print On Demand

WARNING . I rarely give a one star review. But they own it. Swagify is a fancy name for a very poor product and a terrible customer service. We ordered 100 shirts to be printed (silkscreen like promise on Ed.) I also read the reviews (mostly fake-So bewere) the shirt's arrives in a terrible condition. Poor quality shirts with a plastic sticker on top of it instead of a silkscreen shirts like the ad promises. We emailed and called many times trying to get a return authorization but they keep refusing our requests. Management refused to talk to us. So it's a warning to you guys. Stay away from this company and don't let the ad convince you otherwise.

Just placed an order for 100 full-color T-shirts from Swagify, and I'm already impressed. I spoke with Zach, and even though I missed the free shipping cutoff by two days, he still honored it--top-notch customer service! I can't wait to receive the shirts. I had a great experience ordering with Swagify. I ordered 12 sweatshirts with proofs to ensure it was how I wanted. I went back and forth with them to make sure the proof was the right size and color over the phone. Their customer service was super helpful. For the price and customer service alone I would recommend them, but the sweatshirt turned out great as well!

I had an excellent experience ordering from Swagify. I ordered 15 basketball jerseys and worked closely with them to ensure the proofs matched my vision. We went back and forth over the phone to perfect the size and color, and their customer service was incredibly helpful throughout the process. If I could provide a lower score I would. This is the third time and last time using Swagify. It doesn't matter how much time you provide Zack or Eric something always goes wrong and it is never their fault. From not providing an accurate receipt, to adding random items to your order, to missing items and most importantly missed deadlines without accountability just excuses. I am highly disappointed at the service, and the failure to promptly resolve issues topped with flat out dishonesty. You can't create a label on the committed delivery date and then blame the shipping company. It is not worth trying to save any money using this company your regret will leave you embarrassed when your event occurs without the needed promotional product.
