Nextlink Internet

Kade Walker was the final installer on my NextLink fiber internet installation. He did a great job! He was patient and listened to my concerns. I explained to him how I preferred for the fiber wire to be ran in the house, and he helped me make it happen!

Nextlink came out to do an upgrade to my equipment today. The tech let me know he was on the way. He explained what he was doing and it didn't take him very long to finish the job. He was very polite too.

After having the terrible storms in Stephenville that literally bent the pole holding my dishes in half. The technician Kade Walker did a great job with the fix! He was very thorough when making sure the brand new pole was correct and the internet was back online. I'm even more grateful that he fixed it in this very cold weather! Thank you again

Do NOT use this internet provider. Horrible customer service. They never show up when they say they will. Lie but take your money. Have a commercial account with them and have been having issues for months and it's excuse after excuse. . Spend your money elsewhere. One tech that actually came out to the business weeks ago stated they are cheap and won't upgrade their equipment and we should honestly shop elsewhere. Well we are going to. Have 9 towers and ONE actually works. Thank you to the one service tech who actually took the time to show up when the others wouldn't and stood by his word and was honest.

Our installer Jerome had to come out to us twice. We had more issues d/t our rural area. He did a lot of troubleshooting. Came back for our actual installation. Did a wonderful job and helped us set up our devices. Courteous and efficient. Great job!

Cade Walker did a fantastic job of explaining the process of installation of the internet equipment. He was very knowledgeable about everything and answered all my questions. Friendly, professional and fast service. Truly appreciated all of it! Good job Cade!

This company is crap, they came out to my house on Monday and couldn't do install, then came back out on Friday and said everything was good then told me the Internet won't work. I get off work at 3 am and had to get up at 7 twice this week to get my time wasted. Thanks for nothing nextlink!!!!! And I have line of sight to tower, just needed to put the receiver a couple feet above house because there's is a single branch of a tree about a half mile away between me and the tower, would not have been difficult to do that, nextlink just didn't want to, it's their loss!!

Jerome was knowkedgeable, courteous, answered my questions, and did a great job replacing my roof tower and equipment. Great service.
