Rick Hire is a hardworking man dedicated to his clients, I really admire the work he does and the expertise he carries. Rick goes above and beyond to educate and offer his clients the best possible solutions to help their business grow. Thank you, Rick for your professionalism, I appreciate how knowledgeable you are as well as the commitment that comes with it.

Rick really helped me out. He built a great website for my homeschool apparel business. I am not tech saavy and he was so patient with me. Every time I had a question or needed help, he was quick to answer. Rick made many suggestions that I want to implement as soon as I have a little bigger budget. I will definitely be reaching out to Rick again. It's obvious he loves helping people grow their business.

I am so grateful I found Rick. He not only helped redo my dated website, he created a strong SEO plan to get my rankings up in Google.

In response to his reply: The only truth to any of that, is yes, I was on a tight budget. Everything else is a flat out lie. I have a receipt and contract, for the $800 I paid. The biggest lie was NO, he NEVER followed up a year and a half later! He did ZERO site redesign, only SEO. His marketing guy, he pushed, NEVER called me, and there was ZERO mention of an appeal with Google, or I NEVER would have hired him to begin with! Lying really speaks to this guy's character. Be careful what you pay for! I believe this needs to be considered before hiring this company. I hired Rick Hire after finding him as a SEO expert off Wix. After my almost 2 decades in business, and a couple different websites, it wasn't until I had Wix for about 5 years, and suddenly was disconnected from Google. I reached out to Rick, who seemed extremely pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable in his expertise. Was immediately sent a contract, and I paid all upfront for his services. It took a bit for him to get to work on it, but remained totally optimistic that he could solve my complete lack of business, since Google's disconnection. Couple screenshares with him showed my business coming out as #1 again always on his end, but never on mine. I brought this up numerous times, but trusted it would finally get resolved the more work done. Still lacking any business, he attributed it to my poorly designed website, even though this is the same exact website that had netted me tens of thousands of dollars before being disconnected by Google. On February 19, 2023, Rick called me super happy with the numbers he was seeing on his end, although I was still not getting any business. He told me, he knew I was entering my best season of the year, and he was going to create a new website for me for free, because he did not want me to miss out on the Spring season, when that's generally the kick off to my year. At that point was when the emails, calls, texts started to fade. He told me not to touch the website while he was working on it. My patience was growing weaker, as I still was not receiving any sales for my business and I was struggling to carry it. I had once asked him what kind of guarantee he had. He told me none, unless I signed ownership of my website over to him. Shortly after, still waiting for the work to be done, and the promised new website, I went looking around on my site, and discovered huge red flags like the SEO was only 60% complete, pictures with my links missing or others incorrect. Again, contacting Rick, he tried to reassure me he is still working on it, he did correct a couple bugs, but also said he had never experienced anything like this and then faulted my lack of business because of my domain setup. I believe Rick took on this job with the utmost sincerity until he realized it was much more than his skills could fix, leaving my almost 20 year business floundering till I could no longer sustain it. In the end, my emails and phone calls were ghosted until most recently, when I left a review, and my old phone, now belonging to my sister in law, was met with a barrage of phone calls and texts by Rick until she blocked him. In response to your threat of my review, no there were no other freebies implied during the course of your work, besides that of the free website promised and never done. Your business advice and emotional support as a "true friend" was not very helpful as well, as I literally watched something I had dumped my whole life savings into go completely into the ground. I believe people have the right to hear another opinion. Somehow, I think you have enough experience online to make my review disappear too. Really sorry you are unhappy about my review, but I'm sure you can only imagine how unhappy I am that my hard earned money was given to your company with a worse outcome than I had going in. Business closed!

Rick is absolutely amazing. He took my old website which wasn't getting any traffic and redid the entire site! I am now getting more feedback and traffic from the new website he designed then I ever did before with the old website. I have had several comments on how nice my new website is. I cannot thank Rick enough. He does amazing work and involves you every step of the way!! I HIGHLY recommend Rick and his AMAZING work!!
