Terrible experience. I'm now paying 25 percent of what they charged me with better results. Joel is a great salesman and sells the dream very well, but it's only to get your money. Brett was my Google Ads manager. They were all front and center when they were trying to onboard me, but once I paid, communication was virtually nonexistent. I'm speaking from my experience. They only cared about me paying them, but nothing whatsoever about getting me more customers. My ad strength was at poor and my optimization score was in the 60's out of 100 when I decided to go another route.
