Tachus Fiber Internet

I have really enjoyed my experience with Tachus so far. They are friendly, helpful and take the time to answer my many, many questions. I can talk to a live person who speaks my language as their first language (no disrespect to anyone else, it's just easier) without navigating through endless phone prompts. I talked with multiple people in their customer service department asking questions and getting everything setup before I started my service. Emily is the only person's name I remember, but they were all wonderful. Alfredo came out to do the actual in-home install and was excellent. He let was friendly, informative, and very attentive to detail (making wires, wall plates, etc. look nice and tidy). I am very happy with Tachus and grateful for the alternative to some other big internet companies.

I just received an install from technician Mike he was absolutely amazing. So polite very professional and respectful of my home. Not sure how service is just yet but the customer service is well above average. I can't say enough great things about Mike. Thank you so much and he was quick. Made sure to walk me through the app and full explain it which I have never had. I have been in my home 1 year and this is the third provider and so far the absolute best of all. Thank you Mike for everything. Tachus he deserves a raise or promotion.

I had Xfinity prior to Tachus and the prices/outages were outrageous. The tech who came to my house, Luvell, did an incredible job. He was kind, quick, patient, and was overall an absolute joy to talk to. He walked me through step by step, provided recommendations, and overall made the experience great. If anyone is considering Tachus, just do it. You can't beat the prices and service you get.

Tyler arrived at my home as scheduled and promptly got to work. He gave me a quick overview of the project and completed the work in a short time. Excellent install on the outside of the house and nice work inside as well. Thanks to Tyler for the outstanding job

I've got only Good to say about my new Tachus Service. The experience signing up for your service is a joy! From the telephone calls to the office, to installation, each team member has delivered exceptional customer service, and I am grateful! The team members over the phone are always very polite, cheerful and professional, listen to every question and concern, and address every detail with great care. Installation was done by Danny, who was also very polite and professional, worked efficiently, very knowledgeable, and guided me through the process of getting signed in and set up! I also have to mention, Danny did an excellent job on the exterior as well, installing the line in a much less conspicuous manner than the previous cable I used. Job well done! Thank you Danny, and the ladies I spoke with in the office, and Tachus Team!!!

Tyler Frazier was my technician for my internet installation! He was fantastic! Tyler was quick and very helpful. Tyler is very professional.. we had a slight issue remote wise and connecting devices and Tyler fixed it just right for us! Thank you Tyler for your speedy response and getting us hooked back up to WiFi!
