Service has been out since wednesday both phone and internet only been told the earliest they can get out is this coming Wednesday. they monopolized the area that I live in so we have no other options, but the bill is expensive as crap wish I could give less than 1 star honestly. Total let down total disappointment total was of money. For the love of God don't be a start up business the service never works.

ZERO STARS DO NOT RECOMMEND Very poor service and customer service. As a background I use Kinetic at my vacation home near Buffalo, Texas. 150 miles from my home. 1) scheduled for install-technician walks off the job with out telling me. Wait for him to report back. Nothing and now it's too late to be able to drive home. 2) was notified that a speed upgrade was available to me. Make the appt. Again drive 150 miles - technician no show 3) reschedule appt- told didn't need to be there. Technician shows and calls to say I need to be there. 4) reschedule appt- drive 150 miles to be there-technician calls to say that the upgrade is not available in my area. What? You called me offering the upgrade! 5) Arrive at vacation home to find that internet is out. Online support in who knows what country tells me that next available appt is in 2 days. WHEN IM NOT HERE ANYMORE!! Then threatens to charge me $50 if they come and I'm not here. Are you kidding me! That's your MO! 6) make appt for next time I'm available to drive 150 from home. Customer service can't tell me what time they're coming. Says the technician will let me know. He has no idea when that might be. I am beyond upset. Zero stars DO NOT RECOMMEND!

If I could give zero Stars I would!!!!! Speaking with a representative yesterday I made a small payment on my account times have been hard for everybody not just me and my family. But I expressly said that I would be calling back today to make another small payment, with the remainder of the bill to be paid this coming Monday. The representative that I spoke to today blatantly called me a liar said that she and her supposed supervisor audited the call and said that I never said that. Windstream is a joke not even a good one!! Stay away from Windstream or Kinetic By Windstream at all cost they hook you by saying that your bills only going to be $15 for the first year we've been using their service for going on 6 months now 7 months, now I understand that late fees will apply being late with the payment but these sorry SOB's are charging almost $150 in late fees, not to mention that our Wi-Fi has been down for 18 out of 31 days in a billing cycle no credit they had didn't fix it it took them two weeks to fix it two and a half weeks to fix it no apology no credit nothing. So please if you're even considering going with Windstream or kinetic by Windstream DON'T!!!!!!! They will suck you for everything that you have and not fix any problems then refuse to work with you when you're trying to pay your bill! Like I said if I could give zero Stars I would hell if I could give negative a million stars that wouldn't even do it. Windstream sucks their service sucks their customer service sucks and the representatives suck

I get more signal from a rock. This company needs to shut down there signal,towers, and just about anything els from this company sucks. My wifi continuously goes in and out and wr have the latest equipment. Its an all day everyday everyday deal one minuet wifi next 5 minutes no wifi for no reason should the signal just drop all day long.

Bad internet company. We had to use this company for internet as this is the only one available in our area. Rate kept increasing while speed was extremely slow. We finally got to change to a new local internet provider. Unlike Xfinity, this company will still charge full month service fee even they terminated the services in the middle of the month. Greedy company. Avoid if you can.

My elderly mother who is on 24 hour a day oxygen her phone has been out over a month.. My mom called and Windstream said will be out in a week, it's now 2 weeks and they still have never came.. Her phone must work to call 911. NOT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN CALLING FOR HELP. After 6 or 7 phone calls I finally got issue resolved. Frist lady left on hold and forgot about me, after about 20 minutes I had to hang up and call back.. The 2nd lay was nice and did help me. I asked for mgr I held a while again and never got a manager but another CS agent and she was helpful..

Yeah I am unbelievably mad right now. I called over a week ago to set up an appointment to get wifi installed and to confirm I can actually get wifi at my home through windstream. All of which the phone operator said was good to go. Well today, after working a 16 hour Night Shift at a freaking prison, I come home and do my best to stay awake for my technician to arrive. And of course he comes at the lates time slot (Thanks Russell) just for him to say "Oh, we actually don't provide internet at your address." IM SORRY HUH?! Wasted my time, energy, and money. How something like this was allowed to happen is unbearable

DO NOT GET SERVICE HERE. I was told I would get 3 months free and my bill would be $50. I went to pay on the 4th month and my bill was over $160. THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU THE VISA GIFT CARD THEY PROMISED.
