G-Portal have been my Go-To for anything server hosting wise for multiple years. Some great value services with even deeper discounts throughout the year as well! Any problems I've ever had have been quashed and sorted within minutes by the knowledgeable staff and partner managers. Couldn't ask any more of them. My love and loyalty are theirs!

My experience was poor at first with the support asking me the same questions multiple times and not actually listening to the issue. Bo_g stepped in to help and was fantastic! Quick replies and actually showed they were listening and doing something to solve the problem instead of just racking up responses. Had such a frustrating start to my gaming experience here and was about to switch to another site but Bo actually stepped in and fixed the issue. Hope you all see what an asset he/she is! Would not recommend. The physical server was damaged and they would not give me a refund after I waited nearly two weeks for a fix. I had to keep asking for updates if the server was fixed, even giving them days in between. They only offered me credit, which I do not want because of the terrible service. 0/10 I'll be using a different server provider who has already done a much better job, and they can continue to have my business.

We use Gportal as our server for a community channel for our gaming YouTube channel Pratfall. We do live streams and showcase our builds so our server is very important to us. We had an issue and needed some assistance and support was fast to respond and took care of us! Thanks Gportal!

wasted hours speaking to customer representative in a ticket just for none of my issues to be resolved my server has shut down 5 times in the past hour and they tell me its out of there control . but i paid for the serevr 27 a month. terrible servers terrible company

Cancelled my dedicated server with an other company, switched to G Portal and within not even 5 mins our Enshrouded server was setup and running. Their control panel is so user friendly, we could change server configs direcrly from the dashboard instead of going through setting files and managing group passwords was so easy. Cant recommend it enough like it was recommended to me.

ned saved my life. my server was GONE, DELETED, i made a ticket and someone name shelly told me there was nothing i can do. but ned, my hero, saved me. he helped me and got my world back! IN NED WE TRUST!!

Terrible server hosting platform with terrible customer service. I've used many platforms and this is the worst one I've tried. Incredibly inconsistent server uptime, abysmal server management UI, minimal server customization, and I cannot stress this enough: useless customer service.
