Green Door Lofts

We had a fantastic girls' trip to Waco and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay than this gem at Green Door Lofts. The location was perfect--just a short walk to great restaurants, shops, and, of course, Magnolia Market. The space itself is beautifully designed, warm, and welcoming. Every detail felt intentional and stylish. Jim was incredibly kind and accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again!

Just Wow! Jim was such a gracious host. The Green Door Lofts are obviously THE place to stay when visiting Waco. While enjoying the courtyard and pool we watched as many people would peep through the door out of curiosity then proceed to take pictures of the beautiful entry. The restoration of this historic industrial space was completed to perfection, leaving much of the original construction untouched. Jim's unique touch to the decor made this the best place I've ever vacationed. If the loft could be moved to Knoxville it would be my primary residence...

This is hands down the best place to stay in Waco! I honestly don't have anything but great things to say. The lofts are all different and decorated so amazing. We have stayed in the largest loft many times with family and friends and for my most recent visit I stayed in the Magnolia loft with a friend of mine who had never stayed there: She was blown away! Very clean, comfortable beds, great little kitchen with everything you need including a countertop ice machine. Nice pool and bikes available for use free of charge. Amazing location just blocks from the Silos and just across the street from a great indoor food court. Jim is the most amazing host. He makes sure everyone is comfortable and has everything they need. He is a great communicator from the moment you book to the time you leave. You won't find anything like this place anywhere else. It's an absolute gem and there's no way you won't love it!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Green Door Lofts. Jim was an excellent host and very attentive when we had questions. We viewed two of the rooms and each were well appointed, spacious and comfortable. We loved the proximity to Waco's highlights and emerging restaurant/bar scene. We highly recommend this location and will seek to reserve again on our next visit to Waco.

Green Door Lofts is an awesome place to stay. Beautifully decorated, best location in downtown Waco close to many shops, restaurants, bars and more. Jim Olmsted is the owner and provides a personalized experience with high level of servce. The unit was stocked with filtered water, coffee, and many other amenities. We will be staying here next time we're in Waco!

The Green Door Lofts were a great place to stay on our brief stop through in Waco! Jim's place is convenient to everything we needed. Jim was very flexible and met up with us at check in to show us around. My son particularly enjoyed the (heated) pool! If you're looking for a place that's clean, funky, and walkable-Jim's place is it!

Green Door lifts was the perfect getaway for me and my husband. We stayed in the Urban Cowby and decor was spot on to give you that country flare! The Magnolia Silo's and Market was about a block behind us so we were able to walk there. Restaurant, boutiques, breweries and much more all within walking distance! We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at Green Door Lofts was absolutely fantastic! We chose this spot while attending Silobration, and it couldn't have been more perfect. The location was within walking distance of everything we wanted to do, which made our trip much more enjoyable. The dedicated parking garage was a huge plus, and the artwork is a fun surprise. It set the tone for the creative and unique vibe of the property. We stayed in the Retro Loft, which was both fun and inviting. My kids LOVED the disco ball, and the space was so thoughtfully designed that if felt like a home away from home. The water dispenser in the kitchen was a nice touch. Jim, the host, was incredibly kind and welcoming, offering plenty of helpful recommendations for exploring Waco. The pool was refreshing, the gate entry added an extra sense of security, and the overall atmosphere made us feel completely at ease. Thank you for offering such a lovely place for guests to stay. We loved everything about Green Door Lofts and look forward to returning soon!
