Eric was amazing today during our appointment. He showed up quickly, was very knowledgeable and helpful the whole time he was here. He had no problems explaining things in layman terms to me (someone who doesn't have extensive tech knowledge). We are so happy to finally have an IT person that is so attentive and helpful.
