Tori made all of my Pinterest dreams for my hair come true!! She is so extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to make sure you understand the process and make sure the hair color and cut you want makes the most sense for your lifestyle and how long you want to go between appointments. On top of her extraordinary talent, she is truly just such a sweetheart and makes sure all of her clients feel their best! Cannot wait for my next appointment with Tori!

If I could give Tori 100 stars I would. Tori has been doing my hair since 2021 and there is no way I could ever go to anyone else. I remember the day when I first met her with extremely botched hair. She completely transformed my hair from a botched brown to a beautiful blonde, and made me feel so confident. Ever since, she is super consistent, and affordable. Not to mention how down to earth and kind she is. PLEASE use Tori as your stylist because you won't regret it. The salon is SO cute and has a very welcoming environment. Thank you Tori!!!

The atmosphere is inviting and cozy, and you genuinely feel cared for every step of the way. The hairstylist, Cassidy, is an absolute gem! She is incredibly skilled and creative and takes the time to understand exactly what you want and make you feel truly listened to. She has a knack for making you feel loved and confident; the results are always stunning! Every time I leave, I feel gorgeous and like the best version of myself. Emma did a fantastic job of giving me the cut I was looking for. I like it neat, classic but with a bit of sassy. I asked for a short cut that still looked feminine and soft. The atmosphere is relaxing and very pleasant. A big plus for me is the quality of clean products they use and sell. All the ladies at Sustainable Soul are very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend.

Sustainable Soul is more than just a salon, it's a community. Whether it's the first time you walk in the door or the hundredth, there is somebody there who is truly happy to see you. Between myself and my daughter, we've probably been in the chair of roughly half the women in there and I've never had less than the absolute best care. They don't just care about the environment (with their fantastic refillery) and giving you the best hair -- they genuinely care about you. Walking in there is like being surrounded by the best hype girls you've ever met, and it pours out into every single thing they do. Bonus -- my hair has never been healthier! Tara will forever be my main girl!

Went to Tori for the first time and she nailed it. She knows her stuff about hair. She answered any question I had and explained ths process really well. I felt confident in my decision and my hair looked fabulous after. I can't wait to go back and go lighter. Tori is the best!

I had the best experience at Sustainable Soul from the moment I made an appointment with Cass to the moment I walked out feeling so satisfied and in love with my hair. First off the website is so helpful when you're making an appointment because it explains what types of services you can book and gives you a clear calendar of the stylist you've chosen so you can see what all of your options are. When I had questions about which service to choose I reached out to Cassidy and she responded quickly and was so kind and informative and helped me know exactly what to select on the website and expect at the salon. I loved the process of getting my hair done just as much as the final result because Cassidy is so friendly and easy to talk to and it really felt more like being hosted by a friend for a time of pampering than a typical rushed hair service squeezed between other clients you might have experienced elsewhere. I added the scalp facial service and it was the cherry on top, I highly recommend if you want to make it even more relaxing. The atmosphere was great, I genuinely love my stylist and my hair has never looked better! I got a lived in balayage and it has lasted me 6 months so far. I'm about to book an appointment for a color refresh and a cut and I am practically giddy.

I have had my hair done by Tori for YEARS, and she has never disappointed me. Tori does not only offer superior customer service and kindness, her hair skills are phenomenal. I have been a blonde and always had the itch to go darker and then I always end up going back blonde. Tori has never failed to deal professionally with my hair color messes from previous stylists. She will always be my favorite cosmetologist, and I frequently fly across the country to have her do my hair. No other stylist has been able to satisfy my blonde needs except for her.
