Atmosphere was great and inviting. The owners always had new and seasonal treats and drinks which were fun and delicious. Prices varied but overall reasonable since their products were high quality. I'm a bit sad that both their website and physical location is permanently closed now but hope to see them reopen locally in the future.

A few months ago.. enjoyed it. I walked in asking for an edible, they recommended doodle. They have different mg for different prices. It was delish. I don't know about ordering online.

Placed my order in November and gave them we benefit of the doubt that it was due to holidays but still nothing I tried emailing,contacting social media which they post daily and constantly and calling which goes to voicemail. I don't even care about my items anymore I just want my money back but they went MIA. I ordered from them before which was a good experience but idk what's going on. I wish they would improve on communication because on their videos they pretend everything is fine and market their products and it seems I'm not the only person they did this too

Ordered back in OCTOBER 2024! Spent over $200 - emailed with Jeanette she stated everything these reviews have said. " on back order " " throw in a free gift " then blocked my email after me asking for an update. I've been ordering for years and been a loyal customer. It's heartbreaking these people have scammed so many others as well. I never thought i was being scammed until right now looking at these reviews. They post constantly trying to make more sales and say nothing about being on back order on their website. Shame such a wonderful company went down hill so fast.

Absolutely horrible. I ordered online back in November. I still haven't got my order yet. I sent plenty of emails saying where is my track tracking number where's my order they responded sometimes but I still have gotten no updates. I've also tried to send them emails again and it seems like they have blocked the email from sending anything. I am very frustrated. This is a very unprofessional business that needs to be shut down for scamming people.

I placed a $385.00 order online on September 30th 2024 at 1:22pm I waited over 8 weeks with no word I then emailed the customer service email that was provided photos are below>>> I was told my items are in back order. Fast forward I email them again only for it to say user not found. I then call the number for this business and every single time it's an automated message about how they can't come to the phone and business hours are Monday - Friday from 8-3 and I've called DURING business hours. Not only do I NOT have my items but I also can't even get a refund and I can't even get PROPER COMMUNICATION

This place is scamming their online buyers!! The reviews say it all. I recently bought from them, and noticed my order still hasn't been shipped after a month. I took time to reach out to them via email, and the email address didn't even work. I then commented on their socials, and all my comments were deleted. I would like to file a police report, and I also need help with somebody who's located in TX. Never been to the actual building but I've had a HORRIBLE experience with their online store. I placed an order on September 9th 2024 and have YET to get anything other than the confirmation email. I've emailed, DM, called; any form of communication you can think of but they will not answer. I've found her personal page to see if maybe there was something going on but no... she's been vacationing with all the money they've scammed out of people.
