Connect Packing and Shipping

I called about ups not picking up my package that was 10 feet from my door where the driver left the note. Before I could even finish what I was explaining. She said she was the manager. This happened at 3:15pm cst. Then, she proceeded to hang up on me. I called back to ask for the manager to make a complaint against her. She mentioned she was the manager, and ended up causing conflict due to her unprofessional mannerism. Her excuse was that I do not know how many times per day that she has to explain to people that they do not pick up or deliver. She said it was not her problem that I do not know they do not deliver or pick up packages. She cursed at me and hung up on me a second time

They offer a range of services and provide excellent customer service. They also have the best prices in town. Thanks again, Kim, for all of your help!!

Joy at Wichita falls locations refused to do a notary and very rude. She has no clue on what she is doing. Just said she ain't signing anything. She needs to retire.oh and yes we are black and brown people. She simply refused to serve us.

We are from Dallas and were in Wichita Falls on business. It was Friday and I was looking for a courier / delivery service to help me transport a large number of boxes and materials from one location to another for Monday morning meeting. I found that Wichita Falls is a small town and there are no courier services since everything is close by. I happened to find Connect Pack and Ship. I spoke with Kim. She said they don't usually do the kind of courier service I needed, but they could make an exception. I think she could sense the anxiety and desperation in my voice. Kim was so kind and helpful. She answered all of my questions quickly and set up a solution for me for an early Monday morning pickup. It turns out our business meeting got cancelled the very next day. I was able to call Connect Packing and Shipping early Monday AM as soon as they opened. Savannah was kind and said she would quickly get the message to Kim. When we were back in Dallas, I followed up with Kim re any cancellation fee. Kim said since we were able to cancel before anything had been done, we didn't owe a thing. You just don't run across a business anymore that would do that - make a special exception to help us because we had a need and there was no one else to do it. Also, Kim and her team were so friendly and professional. Thank you, Kim and her team at Connect Packing and Shipping!

I'm from Washington State and I had to email a document for a third party to sign and then have faxed to a different place and I have to say Kim did an outstanding job taking care of me. I did this over the phone and Kim made the process quick and painless! Thank you so much for your friendly and professional effort making this transaction quick and smooth! Savanah gave me an overview yesterday and told me it would be Kim this morning that would take care of me. What a great experience, Thank you to both of you!

I have been using Connect for several years to ship packages for work. Kim, Paul and their staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. Our office even had them help us ship a large piece of equipment to the East Coast in the middle of the Christmas rush without batting an eyelash. They have a notary service which is super convenient and the gifts they are offer are also worth a visit on their own.
