Service and Product were great, until it wasn't. Customer service is a nightmare to get ahold of. Countless emails and service requests for my service being out just to talk to a bot through email. Then tried chat just to talk to another bot. Now on day three of no service, stay on hold for over 30min to talk to a live person just to tell me that I had to be home to troubleshoot over the phone and that troubleshooting had to happen before they would get someone out to my address. I clearly told them it was an optical problem as it was the only light that was red. Still wouldn't schedule a tech. Then tells me that a tech was already scheduled for today. That it was done through the chat, I said no, the chat said the service office was going to get ahold of me. Which they have not. If not service today I will be swapping back to syntrio that I paid to get out of my contract because Vexus was so much "better" if you are with syntrio, stay with them.
We have had our service interrupted 3 times twice not getting it resolved for more than 48 hours. We have tried to transfer our service after moving and have spent more than two hours on hold and still not getting to speak with anyone. The internet was great but customer service has just not been acceptable.
I've had Vexus internet before and loved how strong the internet was compared to the price, especially coming from Spectrum. Strong, reliable internet that almost never had problems. The only issues were during bad weather (pretty common) and every night from around 3-4 am it would shut off for ten minutes to update the serves. Not something I'd complain about being how most people are asleep during that time anyways.I was very excited when they came to the Wichita area.
All hype. After basically no TV all weekend and the slowest computer since dial up, the wife calls. On hold for 30 minutes they send a guy out on Tuesday. Now we're being told their router is only good for about 1200 sq ft, and for a fee of $90 we could get another and by the way if we wanted WiFi in the shop or yard we'd need a third. None of this was mentioned when it was installed. Needless to say we're back with our old company, but trying to contact these guys the wife has been on hold for 50 minutes. Customer service is a zero. Be aware of this company
I like the Internet speed so far. The process of installation however took two tries to get it right instead of one try. Not sure if the first person knew what they were doing during the first installation but the second guy doing what he thought was a quick fix had to redo the installation job as the first guy used the wrong cables and giving me only half the Internet speed I was paying for. The second guy was great at noticing and fixing the issue and replaced all the cables from the first installation. Good on him for catching that.
Don't do it!!! They dug in my backyard and broke a valve. Never came back to fix or anything. Our bill kept going up each month. After the last incident this month not being able to get a hold of ANYONE for two weeks, no matter how long I was on hold. I was on hold at least 10 hours together between me and my husband. Horrible customer services
Good luck trying to cancel. They won't let you. We are moving and have called 8 times and used the chat twice. We went over the weekend to the storefront, but they were closed. Its been horrible. I will never use them again.
As others have said - horrible customer service. Got the internet hooked up without problem but over 2 weeks later still have the cable strung across the yard. Difficult to mow and easy to trip on. Still don't know when it will be buried. If it's not soon we'll get spectrum again.
