I am extremely disappointed with the way my project and confidential information were handled by this company. An external AI consultant contacted my customer service team without permission, leading to unnecessary discussions about AI that caused significant unrest. Furthermore, the contact number they had was my personal number, not the designated customer service number, which led to the breach of confidentiality. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and I expect all of my details to be removed from their internal systems immediately. This experience has been frustrating and troubling, and I would strongly advise caution when dealing with this company.

Hello Team, I want to thank you for giving me back my voice. I have had a long road of having parts of my tongue removed for cancer over the years, with the last surgery being four and a half years ago and taking the remainder of my tongue, including my voice box. Not only have you given hope to people with labored speech, which I have experienced in recent years, but you have also given people with no voice a voice. While there are a few useful apps on IOS and Android, most of them are subscription-based and nowhere as good; this one appears to check all the boxes. I spend a lot of time on Discord and Teams, one for pleasure and one for work. At the same time, Discord has always had TTS of some form. Shame on Microsoft for not having it available or even having it on a timeline as an item that would be added in the future. Kudos to you for adding TTS to Teams.
