If you are considering getting them, don't. They were great all the way until they were acquired by CentraCom. Once that happened service went into the gutter. They told us the internet problems were our router so we asked them to tell us exactly which router to get and they gave us a model which was very expensive. We bought it anyway because we were desperate to have good internet. We then also "paid" to have their tech install and set up the router to make sure it was set up exactly correctly to make sure we could not be told that it was us setting it up wrong. Sure enough the internet issues continued. Whenever we call in we are told "well I don't see any issues in your area" and then we get transferred to an IT guy who does the most basic troubleshooting, it's always two steps. 1. unplug your router and then 0lug it back in after a minute. 2. plug a computer directly into the direct line via internet to bypass your router. When those don't work it's immediately give us 50$ to send someone out or suck an egg. The internet is unreliable during the week but always goes out every weekend during Saturday evening like clockwork ever since they took over. I've been trying to be patient in case this was a temporary thing but we are on 3 months of this unreliability and out over 500$ on technician visits alone. Do not go with this ISP. You will never know a moments peace if you do. Anything is better than them. Slower but reliable internet is better than fiber that only works half the time.
