Great service! Love everyone here. After a hard workout, this is the best recovery! I workout in the mornings, and twice a week I come here and sit in the sauna for 45 min, rinse in the vitamin c shower, and then cold plunge for 5.5 min. On those two days I feel so much better. The relaxation and anti-inflammation helps so much. I do the cold plunge last so that I feel invigorated and my mind is clear to start the day. Do this for yourself. You deserve it!

Sweathouz Contrast Therapy has been a game-changer for me, and I can confidently say it's one of the best investments I've made in my health and well-being. I go for 60-minute sessions almost every day, and the results have been nothing short of incredible. The combination of the infrared sauna with chromotherapy (CLT) and the cold plunge with a vitamin C-enhanced shower is a perfect balance of relaxation and rejuvenation. As someone who deals with chronic health issues and inflammation, I've found these sessions to be life-changing. The place is always very clean! Everything is so clean that I never feel like I'm getting into a used sauna, shower, or cold plunge that someone else just got out of. The hosts who check me in are always very nice and are super helpful. I personally go straight to work after my session and the individual rooms gives me the ability to bring an extra set of clothes, shower, change and get ready so that I can leave from here and make it to work ready to go. Highly suggest going here for anyone looking for a contrast therapy place. This place is still pretty new so it's hard to find pictures of what the individual room actually looks like altogether so I've attached pictures to my review so hopefully that helps to get a better idea for it.

Great friendly staff! The sauna is next level, the plunge tub is spacious, and the vitamin C shower feels amazing. The suite was very clean. They have everything you need for a great experience! Helps with inflammation, relaxation, and energy. Best self care ever!

Loved my experience there and the shower was FANTASTIC. I would love to be able to buy their shampoo and conditioner. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because it seems WAAAY too expensive for the memberships. If they just lowered their price and have an option for a membership that's less than $100 then I would be all over it. Say three or so visits for $90 then maybe more people would get one. Overall it was really relaxing and my hair feels amazing.

I would NOT recommend using this location SwetHouZ. The facilities are nice and clean and the people at the front desk try their best to be helpful. However, management does not care even a little bit: having asked and confirmed that your sauna will be preheated to 170 or above and when you show up and your sauna is at 140, they don't care. It takes 30-40 minutes to get to 170, which is most of your session! basically you lose out on the session. The management does not care even a little bit. Their answer is: "somebody else before you turned it down, and we don't have enough time between sessions to get it to your desired temperature". Hey management, fix the stretch of time between sessions then! They just couldn't care less. I will not give this place another dollar.

Carrie is the BEST and sweetest person! Such great service and quality! The vitamin C showers are RAD, the saunas EPIC and cold plunge just right! The atmosphere is STUPENDOUS and the Dyson blow dryers like SMOOTH!
