We are new subscribers, building a new home, but living in our RV. Installing before we can use internet in the house, so the audio visual contractor can set up the house. Two very nice young men installed the dish and I asked if they could run a line to our RV so we could have internet now. They set us up with an extender and we are so happy to be able have internet, stream tv, and it's working great.

We've had infowest for a month. So far it's been great! Very consistent reliable service. Seems to be fast. We haven't had any issues. We switched over from a company that we had been customers with for over 20 years. Their service and customer service slowly declined and we were paying top dollar for something we couldn't even use and they wouldn't fix. We decided to try infowest and so far have been really happy with it!

I recently moved into new offices and reached out to a few Internet service providers in the area. I worked with Crystal on the quote and setting up the service. From my first call to the completion InfoWest exceeded every expectation. I am extremely happy that I made the decision to use them as my internet provider and I highly recommend them.

I have paid good money to this provider for a service that is inconsistent and stops working when watching live events like the super bowl or ice hockey games. I am definitely switching to something else. Not nearly reliable enough for the money. Bye bye Infowest!

Had problems so I call tech support they said I have a bad router went the next day and got new router from them still not working so they troubleshoot and find the dish is out and needs alignment. They can't get out for 3-4 days. That is unacceptable when I run a business and need the internet connection. Wish their customer service was better. I have always liked them and had great experiences until now. I think they are too big of a company with not enough help. If you're consistently that far out for repairs get more help!!
