In my expierence with dealing with credit card processing companies these guys are the best! They made sure I was 100% taken care of when there were issues or even questions. Huge thank you to Adam Morris for assisting me and making sure everything was taken care of.

Adam is great to work with. He is very responsive, helpful, and goes above and beyond to help. We have several companies and run everything through them. Most of the time everything runs like clockwork, but any time there are issues, he's right on it. He also made sure we had great prices. I would highly recommend. Thank you!

Personal thank you to Adam Morris who set-up an account even after I emailed (& texted) we no longer wanted to proceed with our contract prior to the set-up of the credit card machine. I never received confirmation of the termination of merchant processing account on his end. We received the credit card the machine days later with absolutely no way of returning it as Mr. Morris seemed to have just ghosted this company. After over a month of dealing with a 3rd party to return the credit card machine, we are finding charges to our bank account for a machine that was never even taken out of the box or plugged in. Absolutely horrible way to represent a company!

These guys are great! It is very apparent that Adam is experienced and knows this industry very well. I finally found someone I can trust with my credit card processing and he also got me a great deal on my internet service. Highly recommended.

Over the years we've had North Shore/Streamline Business Solutions provide our company with excellent customer service. Other companies have tried, but cannot offer better rates or customer service. They are always willing to help us with problems as soon as we call too! They are great people to work with!!

I was hesitant at first because I had problems with the company I had before. But Adam assured me that I wouldn't have any problems and if I give him a try I would say that I can make one phone call if I have any issues and I can get my problem resolved. He definitely is a man of his word. Every time I've called Adam, he always answers or calls me back within 10 or 15 minutes. I've only had a couple of issues and they were my connection because I was using a phone line instead of the internet. Adam assured me if I changed over to an internet line, I wouldn't have any more problems and he was absolutely right! I like dealing with a company that has good customer service but most of all, high integrity and Adam is all of the above. Thanks for making my credit card machine my friend again!!!
