Clearlink

Each time I visit Clearlink there is a tangible energy and positive vibe that abounds. I've yet to meet an employee that doesn't have great things to say about the organization! From the moment you walk into their reception area you'll see streaming videos of employees having fun, team building and generally exemplifying the principal that the team that plays together stays together. They seem to have more fun in the office than just about any other organization in corporate America but don't be fooled into thinking these guys just goof off all day - they achieve some pretty serious results for their clients. All in all, I've found them to be a great bunch of people who seem to have found the perfect balance between having fun at work while still generating impressive results.

CLEARLINK has been a positive force for our organization. As a nonprofit organization in their community, they have spent countless hours reviewing our online presence, creating customized reports and walking us through all their findings and advice. I have never worked with a group as knowledgeable and helpful as the folks at CLEARLINK. Kudos to their entire team... they're the absolute best.

My advice? Maybe lower your expectations a little. I was promised a fun and exciting job with lots of new experiences, free stuff, and help whenever I needed it. Training was awesome, and I believed in the company. After training, I felt like I was swept under the rug a little. It's like going from high school to college. You have to develop independence. Its just a call center, so don't believe its super special. If you have a strong moral compass, it won't point in this direction. It's good money and its emotionally taxing. So treat it as such. I recommend the job for mature people, but if you want to mess around and have fun, this isn't the job for you. Over all, I was neither impressed nor disappointed. Clearlink is an alright place.

Clearlink takes very good care of their employees and have many amenities to accommodate mental, emotional, and physical well-being!

CLEARLINK reviewed our non-profit's website and made recommendations to help with our Search Engine Optimization. The team members are clearly very skilled at helping their clients get their message across and demystifying search. We were given recommendations as to what to put on our homepage, how to use links to drive SEO, how to organize the pages and links on our site, and much more. The company not only has the skills and expertise to help with a variety of web-based marketing needs, they have a commitment to serving and bettering the community. Thanks CLEARLINK!

scam! I am trying to get through with this company on the phone to cancel some bogus thing they signed me up through "ATT" now I have been waiting for 23 minutes and still waiting so I can get my money back. They never mentioned they were another company representing AT&T. I felt pressured, upsold, and pushed into a corner. When I got ahold of AT&T they got me the package I really needed. I do not trust this company, and encourage others to beware. Very frustrating. Funny that their rating is based on employees reviews and not consumers. I do not have time for this...

Horrible company, charge you extra money for processing fee that the real company does no require. flex schedule that is not the same day to day. one day you work at 9am the next maybe not till 1pm. crap, and promise free health care if you do the 360 fit program, tool did not work cause it needed google crome, and the company does not have google crome so cannot summit doing it and still got docted for it. Used to love this company, now hate it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I went here for a set schedule and free health care, and is screwing me for both!!!! Not a good company anymore

I think this entire company is out to fool anyone who happens to call in thinking they are calling another company. I googled CentryLink...my phone company in Florida and I got ClearLink's number somehow. The lady never let me know I was NOT talking to CentryLink. I have no idea what this company could possibly do as a middle man/ it makes no sense/I feel violated if you will. When I called CentryLink the next day to confirm they had no record of me calling. When I called ClearLink back I was hung up on twice, put on "neverending" hold and finally when I spoke to a man he went round and round trying to explain this company.
