OptConnect

I worked with Austin to install an optconnect router to a set of new kiosks machines. It was unfortunate that the machines arrived with no onboard process or directions. However the Optconnect box that was include had a customer care number. I connected with Austin and he did an outstanding job of helping me with a terrible situation. I would say he went above and beyond to assist me in anyway he could. I'm I was finally able to get both machines up and running thanks to Austin. Austin was the epitome of professionalism and maintained a very positive outlook even when the situation seems hopeless. Optconnect is lucky to have such a stellar employee.

gary was awesome as usual. I work with OC support several times a week and the support team is as good as it gets. It doesnt matter if i get Gary, Landon, Austin, Kelcy Shad or anyone else i always end the call with it being a positive experience. OC customer support is as good as it gets.
