We had a IT vendor for 6 years. This past year we were hit with a end of life Microsoft product message and a very large expenditure to perform a migration away from the product. We researched and through another software vendor learned about ServerNova. We reached out and we started a dialogue. Within two weeks we had hired ServerNova and we have not looked back. ServerNova is an excellent choice for your server needs!

I had to call them very late at night with a technical issue, and I not only reached a person right away, but they followed up every 10 min (or less) via email (once they had the initial info via phone) to let me know what the status was and had the whole thing fixed in less than an hour - impressive considering it wasn't an easy remote fix, they had to send someone over to their building at 11:30pm. I will absolutely recommend them to anyone, the dedication and professionalism they showed was impressive and appreciated! Thank you!

These guys have done an AMAZING job for us so far. We had found ourselves in a less than helpful relationship with another hosting company and were unable to perform routine tasks to keep our business moving forward.
