Absolutely unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expect a company of this size--especially one that charges premium rates--to be available when their own errors cause major issues. Instead, Leadgenix is completely unreachable in emergencies. There's no direct support, no urgency, just a ridiculous requirement to schedule a Zoom call and wait 3 to 5 hours for a response. That's beyond useless when their mistake has already cost me two clients and $6,000 in revenue. How does a company this large not have a 24/7 support line? The lack of accountability is astonishing. Update: I want to thank Taylor for personally reaching out to me on his way into the office and taking immediate action to resolve the issue. I appreciate the effort and have updated my rating accordingly. However, due to ongoing poor communication with some staff and the lack of an after-hours support team, I can only give them 4 stars. A company of this size should have round-the-clock support to prevent situations like this from escalating.
