Roofer Marketers

If I could give a 0 stars I would. We recently engaged with Roofer Marketers with high hopes for a successful partnership, but unfortunately, our experience was less than satisfactory, particularly in terms of follow-up and communication. There was a lack of timely responses to our inquiries. Despite initial meetings and discussions where we outlined our needs, we found it challenging to get consistent updates or clarity on the status of our projects. Emails and calls often went unanswered for extended periods, and when we did receive responses, they were frequently vague or incomplete. Follow-through on deliverables also fell short of expectations. We had clearly defined goals and timelines, yet the follow-up from their team was minimal. This lack of proactive communication created unnecessary delays and uncertainty, ultimately affecting our ability to move forward with our marketing initiatives. While the initial interactions were promising, the absence of adequate follow-up and consistent engagement made it difficult to maintain confidence in their ability to meet our needs. As a result, we had to reconsider our partnership and seek alternative solutions. We started a relationship with roughly 2 years ago and when we worked with Cheryl as our project manager, she was outstanding! It wasn't until they were bought out by job nimbus and they changed our project manager multiple times that things went south very quickly. I will say when Senior Management got involved they did seem to have some good ideas but "Most" of their employees I worked with directly were clueless around the experience of the customer. The issue was our numerous requests to meet with senior management went unnoticed. We actually had an employee from their organization send me an email letting me know they "were trying to throw me a bone" because of all the issues we had when they had a mistake again. In conclusion, while Roofer Marketers may offer valuable services, we were disappointed with their lack of effective follow-up and communication, which led to an overall unsatisfactory experience. We hope they can improve in these areas for future clients. We wouldn't recommend them as a company to anyone as there are many better options available. DO NOT USE THEM. YOU WILL REGRET IT!

If you have never had a marketing firm you'll love them. If you know anything about quality marketing you will not, you will be a cog in a wheel with pre packaged, off the shelf marketing; not have your emails answered within a reasonable timeline, have multiple account managers due to turnover, be argued with when you bring up quality deliverables , have a website with constant and obvious edits needed from lack of quality work.....We took our issues to upper management and eventually the CEO which didn't go anywhere because he was fired. This firm has overgrown itself and quality work and customer service is not a part of their strategy. They were a good firm until they were acquired and are not worth your time or money.

We made a huge mistake by trusting Roofer Marketers with our company. We strive to provide our customers with excellent care and when we drop the ball, we own it. I feel the need to tell anyone with their own company to be very selective with any company they outsource. The complete lack of quality control will eventually bleed through, I hope you don't make the same mistake that we did. Coming from a reputation they have, you'd think they would care about their customers as well. The one good thing I can say is Liv did an outstanding job with what she was provided, however her leadership failed to provide her with the time it takes to clean up someone else's mess.

To say Roofer Marketers has been a huge disappointment is an understatement. After months of dumping money into this company we have hardly anything to show for it. It was ok the first month with a strong fall off immediately after. Not only did they appoint us an inexperienced account manager that sabotaged our targeting locations, they also failed to deliver anything that was promised. We went multiple months with little to no work was being accomplished and had to point it out multiple times in order to get anything out of them. Upon speaking with upper management in hopes to resolve this, we have been given the run around while our company continues to suffer. Be extremely selective with the marketing company you hire, don't make the same mistake we did by hiring Roofer Marketers.

Responsiveness is very lacking. they do not reply until after our business closes for the day. making responses to issues drag out. Before the acquisition was fully transitioned they were still good and helpful, but now it is just white labeled junk.

The team at Roofer Marketers are all consummate professionals. The results I've gotten from their marketing efforts far exceed any other agency I've worked with. I first hired them to do our digital marketing in 2020 and quickly had more leads (quality leads)than I could handle, so much so that I had to tell them to pump the brakes until I got a better handle on operations. Everyone there is incredible and helpful in every way. The website they built for us is amazing, and they helped guide us through rebranding and building out a new website. I couldn't be happier with my decision to use Roofer Marketers for managing our online presence and advertising.
