The worst internet provider. I've lived in Lehi for almost a year now and we have never had good internet service. First, it took them about 2 months to actually install the fiber so we had no connection the first two months. Second, even when they did install it, I had to have the technicians come back out and fix everything they did wrong so that took another couple weeks. We were told we have the highest connection but we can't even watch Hulu, Netflix, YouTube in HD cause the connection is so bad. Videos buffer every 10 seconds. We can't work from home cause the internet can't handle it. If you're doing homework, you're constantly having to restart the router to get anything going. It's been terrible. You're better off just paying the $10k Xfinity fee to install one of their lines. Lehi city needs to do something ASAP to get different providers up here cause Veracity is just terrible. Even one star is too generous

Overall, we're pretty happy. The price is slightly higher than the competition - BUT, their service is way better from what I've heard. Speeds are good, and there haven't been hardly any issues with downtime. I will say that Customer Service hasn't been great - but seems to be lots better with a new customer service rep that was recently hired. When we were getting setup, it felt like Veracity was a monopoly and could take weeks to get people setup and there wasn't much we could do. When we have called about outages, it's difficult to reach someone, and the service hasn't been super prompt. However, like I said, the fact that it doesn't happen often (twice in two years -- versus at least monthly for Vivint) makes up for it.

I just contacted Veracity about a few things I needed to change on my account. Best customer service I've ever had from any comparable company. These guys are a night and day difference from when we first moved in. Scott and the sales team will literally bend over backwards to help you out. Personalized service that is quick and efficient. No more worries about dealing with customer service, these guys are stellar. Give them a try before you do anything else!! I'm one satisfied customer.

If I had any other option for internet I would use it. The ISP is great, when it works. Just cross your fingers you never have an issue. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Tuesday service was out. I was told there was an outage and they were addressing the problem. Wednesday called back and was told there was no outage and it was my router. Jumped through hoops with them for 3 days to prove it wasn't my router. Finally got approval for a serviceman to be dispatched to my home and was told they will call with an appointment time for service. Saturday, still no word. Called them and they said they don't do service calls on Saturday (which would have been nice to know Friday) and it would be Monday before I could make an appointment for a dispatch service. No one knows what they're talking about. And "it must be your router" is their go-to for problem solving.

The Veracity internet itself has been great! It's pretty fast, no major problems. I originally had some problems with getting it set up and felt it lacking a little in technical support. However, I have noticed huge improvements with the support team. Recently, they came out and updated my equipment. I think as Veracity grows, it will get better and they are actively trying to continue improving their service. I am also impressed with their follow up, Scott and his team are very good about communicating and getting back to me. I would recommend them, and use them again.

I have been with Veracity (Broadweave) over 14 years. During this time I have found their customer service to be excellent, especially their service technicians. They have always been prompt, knowledgeable and professional. My only concern is pricing and I am not sure if I am receiving the best value I could be. Admittedly I an not very tech savvy and often rely on my instincts and trust. Veracity has earned my trust ... My experience has been very good over the years and I have never been without service.

Veracity's speeds, etc. have been excellent, plus I never have to deal with the internet going down, etc. I'm sure customer service is great too but I haven't really had to deal with them--which is a good thing! One piece I would hope they improve is their prices. They are "premium" on their prices. Which is frustrating when it is the only option you have where you live. I wish they were more along the lines of being " the best service for the best price." Other than that--no complaints.

Absolutely the worst internet I've had. I pay for 1gb speeds and on a best day I get 200mbps. I over pay for what I don't get. I had a tech come out to try to explain why my speeds weren't going to where I pay them to be and he didn't know or tried to figure out why it was acting this way. The internet goes out a lot with this provider. I recommend you stay away and find some one else if you can.
