His work is thorough and exact. He is a great listener and communicator. He often overcomes problems with my website at almost lightning speed. He's the real deal - he truly knows his stuff, he's open, honest and transparent, and he is refreshingly reassuring. He is fair in his dealings, and will often offer various alternatives to my suggestions, allowing me to broaden my perspective. His photographic skills must be commended also. Jeremy is so helpful, kind, and patient! He helped me setup online bill pay, which wasn't an easy task! The company that our bank worked with wasn't helpful and made things very difficult. Jeremy was ALWAYS available to take a call! He spent many hours working tirelessly on getting it up and going. Jeremy is so smart and never made me feel bad for all the things that would come up! Jeremy is pretty much the greatest. I work for a very small nonprofit with an equally small tech budget. Last year our website needed a serious upgrade. We received several bids, and Jeremy's bid provided the comprehensive service we needed and fit our budget. Our website is so much cleaner, up-to-date, and easy for us to edit in-house. Whenever I have a followup question, he emails or calls me back within hours with an answer and a friendly attitude. We cannot thank Jeremy enough for his work and customer service!

10/19/2022: Who in the world except Jeremy provides service like the following? I called after 5pm tonight and had to mea-culpa. I screwed up when I rejected his advice a couple weeks ago. I needed an emergency logo edit for signage at a show in 3 weeks. Jeremy was 80 miles away from me and his office. He took time out from his busy evening, immediately edited my logo, calls me back and notified me. Man, I love this guy. Why can't people like this run the world? Updated 3/24/2022: Jeremy just did some more photo and video work for us. Jeremy is like a fine wine-he just gets better with age. How one wishes all money spent returned the high quality, high value and friendly attitude associated with "Made Nicely." A+++. Jeremy is simply one of the best vendors with which I have ever done business. For moderate cost Debra and I believe we got Rolls Royce service. This is the highest praise, because it's the best sweet spot you can hope to find. Beyond the best cost to performance ratio, he's also one of the nicest, easiest to deal with, and most professional, imaginative, and intuitive people you'll meet. He has superb grasp of modern marketing trends, and frankly we could not imagine a better product for even twice the amount we spent. Recommended unequivocally. If you know someone who knows someone who can help you with your website, run don't walk to your phone and call Jeremy instead!
