I had a recent issue with my internet and could not get my router to connect to my home WiFi. Which is really bad news considering I work from home!! Keystone sent a couple of gentlemen to my home and had me back up and running SO quickly!! Come to find out, I had a cable set up incorrectly. But, they were patient with me, fixed the problem and were SO friendly!!

**Update ** It's been a little over a year since my last review. They've done some major upgrades. I'm very pleased the issues have been resolved and it's no longer affecting my work. Always great customer service and I love I can immediately get someone on the phone. Every interaction is quick and they listen and resolve issues right away. I'll be updating my rating from a 2 to 5, no complaints here. ******************* Very inconsistent and overpriced. The frequency of the outages make it extremely difficult to work from home. Unfortunately they're the exclusive provider through my building. Hoping service improves.

We have been very happy with Keystone Solutions. From the first day they installed internet at our house, Shane and his crew have been very polite, professional, and responsive. Where we live we do not have many options for Internet but even if we did we would still still be with Keystone. The couple of times we have had issues (which you will have with ANY internet company), Shane and his crew have put in long hours getting our service back. You will not find this kind of service where you can directly talk to someone who is fixing the situation with other internet companies. I honestly cannot tell you how many different electronics we have hooked up to WIFI, but streaming and internet speed is never an issue. Thank you Keystone for not only your internet service, but the professional way you run your business.

I live in a neighborhood of about 80 homes. The only Internet solution we had a few months ago was Centurylink. Nearly all of us had problems with our Internet and our speeds were less than 30 download and 2 upload. As you can imagine that makes it nearly impossible to do school work or run a business from your home. We contacted KeyStone who was willing to provide a direct wireless solution to all 80 homes. After many months of securing agreements with ComCast and getting legal permits, KeyStone has begun to roll out Internet into our neighborhood. They are about half done and My home was one of the first homes to be installed. Our speeds are now at 200 up and down or better and much more reliable than what we had with Centurylink. KeyStone has been very professional informative and direct with our situation and have helped us so much. The installation was smooth and without problems I'm very happy with KeyStone and would recommend them for use to anyone Wanting a better Internet solution.

We came home from vacation to no internet and tried rebooting our system to no avail. I reached out to the customer support realizing we may not hear anything until morning because it was later in the evening. I was surprised when Shane contacted us within the hour and walked us through every possible way to troubleshoot. We ended up with a blown router but he was able to suggest which one we should get and offered to help us get it up and going. Thank you shane @ keystone for everything. I've had keystone internet for 6 years now and I've had a rough experience with their service to say the least. My apartment complex forces us to use their service and it is very apparent that they know this. The service is spotty at best and incredibly overpriced for how little you're actually getting. I currently pay $85 for JUST internet at 100mb speeds. Meanwhile competition in the area offers gigabit speed for the same price. I'm giving 2 stars because Shane is a really nice guy and is polite but I feel the company has bitten off more than they can chew. In the past month-and-a-half alone we have suffered multiple daily outages of our internet. And I have one of the top of the line Netgear r7000 Nighthawk routers. Which is rated for over gigabyte speeds on just the 2.4 G signal, let alone the 5G channel. The last time I put in a service request I was notified that they were having hardware issues and that it should be resolved. The issue has still been continuous and it is next to impossible to get in touch with anyone without putting in a ticket that can take anywhere from a day plus to receive feedback. In the middle of a pandemic where everyone is being forced to work from home, I'd expect them to be a little bit more on top of making sure their internet is reliable.
