I couldn't believe they could basically mirror my old computer that I was comfortable using... The price was so affordable and worth every penny! I wish I could give Ken and Cross Action Computers 10+ stars out of 5!. Ken has been my go-to computer wiz, IT smart as hell dude, not to mention the fact he'll literally drop what he's doing to ensure that you are not only taken care of, but that you're satisfied, been helped, questions answered, and that you understand your new computer, programs, etc. During COVID, in order for me to work with the restrictions that were set in place, Ken literally drove to my office, hooked up my laptop to the office server and made sure to walk me through everything before he left. Recently, me and my husband ordered a golf simulator for our garage. Not knowing what we just got ourselves into, in order to use the program we were going to need a computer with a massive amount of storage and speed. I called around to EVERYONE!!! I either got laughed at, turned down, or told some ridiculous amount that was more than the simulator itself!! I text Ken on a Friday had the computer by the following Wednesday!!! Great place, great people to work with, and fair priced!

They did a great job at fixing my laptop. I tried getting it fixed at a different place first and they had no clue what to do. Cross Action made my laptop feel brand new. Highly recommend if you need a fix up.

Updated 5/20/2021: I'm trying to remember the first time I shopped at CrossAction, it must have been nearly 20 years ago. I keep on going back. Why? Simple, they have great products, great service and stand behind their work and products. In the past year between me and my kids I think we've bought seven computers here. Two were new and the rest used. I don't have a moments hesitation in deciding to go here. I hope they are around long past my computer buying days. Buying computers here including used ones has been a pleasure. My last purchase did have a small issue. They were eager to fix it and send me on my way a very happy customer. Why buy at a super store or online? You can have problems with those places too, but getting them resolved can often turn into a nightmare. I like knowing that these guys are a phone call away, or just a few minutes down the road to get service. I will continue to recommend Crossaction to all my friends and family.

Crossaction Computer specialists are the best. Our server was going out and they mirrored the drives and installed it and we were up and running without any glitches.
