I was a customer for many years. I missed a few payments that were to keep the site up because I wanted to pause my website. Without even calling me, they cancelled my whole website without even the courtesy of a phone call. Now I'm told I have to have a web designer re-create my website. I would call this poor customer service.

Karl Young is an amazing person to work with - and so is Jared and Aubrey... in fact everyone is so awesome I just can't say enough amazing things about this company. Keri did a fantastic job building my Company's new Web site. She thought about the direction the Company was headed in then created just the right menu for the site. She's a whiz with image selection too. All in all I am 100% satisfied with my experience. Thanks so much Keri!

Was with a small hosting company for a few years but the outages were bad, went to Godaddy and the service and down times are terrible. Couldn't get through, couldn't get things resolved. Went to Nethosting and have been super pleased. I use a Mac, they support Mac as well as other platforms. Very knowledgeable and have me up and running again in no time. (The cause for downtime isn't them, it is because of my own lack of knowledge and getting myself in trouble with what little I do know!)They are a lso knowledgeable about Wordpress which is a wonderful thing! I will keep using them and highly recommend.
