i.t.NOW is great. Excellent customer service and the ability to solve my problems every time. I would like to make a special shout out to Jeff Parke who is the absolute best IT person I have ever worked with in my 30 year career. He is absolutely amazing and goes above and beyond to address anything you need help with.

IT now has gone above and beyond to provide us with a seamless transition from our last provider and has consistently excellent service and response times. They are an invaluable partner and i highly recommend them to anyone looking for an IT support team. Edit: Received more excellent help from Noah A. getting a printer setup Edit 2: got more great assistance getting our phones back up from Anthony Peterson, great help across their whole team!

IT Now is great. My organization previously had a different IT provider and they were no good. The difference is night-and-day after switching over to IT Now. Today, I had to submit another help request ticket and Noah reached out within just a few minutes. He remoted into my laptop and had my issue solved within just another few minutes. The service is typically quick and high-quality. Highly recommend!
