Laura Christensen and Deanne Blackhurst have been incredible to work with! They answer all your questions and when they don't have an answer they fill figure out how to get you one. They have been great at responding as well. I would recommend working with them time and time again!

We really appreciate how far Braydon Webster went to make sure that our sites got connected. A few trouble shooting calls and then we figured it out within 24 hours. His attitude put me at ease to know that this would get figured out. He was easy to talk to and extremely knowledgeable in google business profiles which can really be such a headache sometimes! He checked on us in the AM via email and followed up with a phone call and thats not something you really ever get from support services. So definitely went the extra mile and miles to get us taken care of!

Braydon was extremely easy to talk to about the issues I was having getting my site connected and followed up with me in the AM via phone call. Honestly unheard of in the automotive support space! I've asked them to stop calling our company several times, and today the guy told me we are in a marketing rotation, so i asked to be taken out of their 'rotation', and they said "not without a good reason" and i told them we are not interested. He said that's not good enough. So i said the other reason is their own reviews. I will probably get a call again in six months, and if i do i will report them to CASL.

The Kenect team has been extremely helpful. Their User Interface is set up for quick and efficient use/learning. 10/10 would recommend.

I just completed a demo of Kenect for my wedding business. WOW! I'm just blown away by how many crazy manual processes this will save us from doing, and I'm expecting the ease of getting in touch with us will bring in a ton of new leads. The icing on the cake is the review automation. I am thoroughly convinced we can exponentially expand the number of review responses we get very quickly with Kenect. We're so excited to get started!
