I consistently bring them a myriad of complex IT related issues/tasks and they work with me to solve them with their fantastic leadership and never-ending patience. Because of their guidance, I have acquired a larger IT skill-set, and continue to learn more with every call. Red Pepper plays a significant role in our business. For years we have partnered with them to produce custom software that makes our team, both at HQ & in the Field more informed & efficient. The solutions they provide help us turn the complex & unclear into clean, actionable insights.

Beware of working with Red Pepper. We hired them for a job in October 2021 that was supposed to take 4 weeks. Instead it took 13 months to complete, we had to go back multiple times with issues and problems, and we ultimately had to hire another company to redo all the software. When we asked for the work that we had previously paid for so the new company would have something to start from, they claimed that their work was not work for hire and that they owned everything we had paid them to do. They demanded that we pay them more money just to get access to the work we had contracted them to do and the data we had collected, though they would never even tell us how much they wanted. This meant that we ended up walking away from everything we had paid for and our new developers had to start from scratch. Be very careful and don't assume that because you are paying them for services that you will actually own anything they do for you. Our interactions with them were very disappointing.
