Horrible application, year after year my students are telling me about how the app doesn't work, I've used it for 10 years and it has not worked flawlessly for one student, would never recommend

BEWARE - STEAL YOUR MONEY. Purchased a textbook. Never got the access code or email receipt - just a $100 withdrawal from my account to prove so. Tried contacting them via call- every time it says there is no one to answer and hangs up on me. Tried emailing, takes them a day to respond and they claim there's no receipt to prove my purchase. I sent them a screenshot of the purchase from my bank account. They still say nothing on their end shows. I will now be disputing this with my bank. THEIFS.

i strongly dislike this software please pull the wire i don't care how much money they make my teacher is very annoying and mean and forces me to do this work please remove

I paid for the Microsoft certification (college requirement) and their practice environment is the worst. It's really slow and what can take you a minute, ends up taking you 30 minutes. Their program glitches a lot, and sometimes you can do everything right and the system won't count it. It's a headache.

If I could give negative stars I would!! This program is useless. This programs counts your answer wrong when if you do what it asks you have to click in certain areas to get it right! I spent an hour on something that should have taken 5 minutes. Poor service do not use!!

The learning platform is great, but all the customer service does is tell u what they can't do!

I need someone to reach out to me and stop charging my card $89.00 after I don't have an active service with them. I called support they said I don't have an account yet I am being charged then the rep didn't bother looking up my phone number just re direct me to sales line.
